Isles of Scilly Parking in Penzance, best avoided!

I had paid £68 to park my car with IOS Parking for 7 days from Tuesday 15 September. I was due to catch the 0915 Scillonian to St. Mary's. That morning, at about 0800, Richard Emslie rang me, just after I had entered Jelbert Way as instructed in the Booking Confirmation, and was looking for the IOS car park at TR18 3RG. He then told me that I was in the wrong place, and directed me to another location at a TR20 postcode. I was surprised by this, because the very clear instructions on the Booking Confirmation, state that my parking was located at: Jelbert Way, Eastern Green, Penzance, TR18 3RG.
However, I did as instructed by him, entered the TR20 postcode into my sat nav and soon found myself heading out of Penzance along the A30. This just did not feel right. By then, at about 0815, I was quite lost and confused. He rang me again and said that it was now too late, his shuttle service from the car park (if I ever found it) would not be available, and I had better park in the Harbour car park. Which I eventually did, and just managed to catch the 0915 Scillonian – I was the last person to board. The Harbour car park cost came to £41 for the same time period as IOS Parking. I wrote to Richard politely askingif he would please refund my £68 because his change of directions, given confusingly and so close in time to my ferry departure, meant it was impossible for me to park with IOS Parking in the time remaining. He refused to refund my payment, or even suggest a compromise such as a 50% refund, which I would have settled for happily.
Based on my experience, I recommend people NOT to use IOS Parking, but to use the Harbour car park instead. You can drop any passengers and all luggage close to the Scillonian departures check-in, then park your car at Harbour car park, which is only a short walk away, and save yourself £27 per week of parking.
