Great Service, have been with them for the better part of 4-5 years, as one of my first cryptoexchanges with card services and have seen them expand as well as their offerings. May not have liked how the platform has become cluttered with some unnecessary tokens, however they are proactive, listen and are adapting to the changing crypto and defi ecosystem we live in today!

This company stole £300 out of my bank account and lied that they didn’t know anything about it, whoever in the company stole the money was so stupid to leave a reference of cryptopay on it.

FOR anyone who has a account with them, don’t use them, they are flat out liars and they will steal your money is well!. I would advise to delete your account with them as soon as possible!

Beware storage fees! Avoid!
I logged into my account and they have been taking £10 a month from my account as a 'storage fee'.
They say that this clause in their tcs and cs allows them -

The Safeguarded Account is a designated segregated client account, separate from CPS Transfers’ own funds. CPS Transfers may deduct from money held for the Client any amount the Client owes to CPS Transfers including any fees, costs, taxation, liabilities, margin calls or charges incurred by CPS Transfers in relation to such Client, however they arise and apply such deduction in meeting such liabilities. CPS Transfers may hold money for the Client for the sole purpose of execution of a Payment.

I'm with Cryptopay since 2016 and whenever I need something solved by their support team I will receive an answer within the next few hours. If you have to reset your 2FA it really just take around one day, just some documents needed that you have anyway. Card works well and if you transfer your money first on the Currency account the switch in the app is pretty cheap.

Following a technical problem a fiat currency withdrawal had failed. Dmitry and the team were quick to provide a positive resolution within one hour. The communication throughout was clear and timely. Customer service is the just the best at Cryptopay!

Hi. I registered today for the platform. I sent over 12 times the verification documents. All time it was suitable for the verification description. After the X times when I uploaded the whole PDFs about the BANK and Utility bills I got verification, I tried to apply for a virtual card that said that it would be for 0 Eur and said that I have no funds in my wallet. I deposited money in my wallet and tried again and said the same thing. I contacted the support team again after they removed my verification from my account for the reason that the sent documents are not UTILITY BILL or BANK STATEMENT and I should upload the original PDF files WHEN I JUST DID THE SAME! Big shame from a serious company. After this they said that I need to send documents again in email with holding an ID card and taking a selfie. I sent them everything and everything was clearly visible in the attachments but after it they said that it's not visible and I need to send more selfie from myself so I just sent them 20 images of myself just holding the ID card.The site says that it not takes less than few minutes, support said that may I need to wait over 24 hours to just review the nothing. Not really recommend the platform after these. I'll wait until the end of the process. But the first impression is REALLY REALLY BAD.
