Fake promotions - luring assets to their platform.
They contacted me for the February promo - deposit 200+ in any assets, and you will receive a bonus. I even got confirmation that I would receive the bonus on the 15th of Feb. Since then, I have sent numerous emails, and none have received a reply. That indicates that after they convinced me/you/others to deposit assets, they do not plan to fulfil their promise and probably hope that you will forget and leave those assets there so they can use them for their benefit - DeFi, etc.
Shame on you!
UPDATE:
They did the right thing and awarded the rightfully earned reward from this promotion. That is why I increased the rating.

I provided a document that’s acceptable by their side and all they do is sending a spam email that their decision is final! They do not admit that they made a mistake and don’t allow you to provide different document
The only platform I’ve encountered this problem with!
You should ask for different documents then block accounts

They steal from their customers by charge egregious fees, no matter what coin you are transferring, then they blame it on the fees. But the real fees are never that high. They also prevent you from transferring out more than 50% of a crypto at a time, so that they can infinitely charge fees that equate to 40-50%. Stay away at all costs
