I've opened several tickets via their "support" section, which is useless because their response pattern is always "our expert team works diligently to resolve the issue..." or similar, to stall the recovery process.

At first, my transaction would not be processed and seen in the History of the transactions section but the founds were still in the wallet. When I tried to withdraw everything, the funds were removed from the wallet, which is now empty, but the other wallet never received the funds.
And NO, the transaction network was correct.

Now I can't even log in to my account, not via browser, or the app. I have screenshots but what do I do with them?

Please avoid Crypterium/Choice platform. Stay away from these scammers, save yourself from trouble.

“BLATANT SCAM” If you convert CRPT outside of their website they refund you less than 10%. They do offer token conversion via their wallet app however they lock your whole CHO amount up for months and the bonus for years, after which 90%+ are unable to withdraw regeardless, simply see Trustpilot reviews. Clearly this upgrade is intended to debase clients funds.

Allows you to top up by sending them crypto but withdraws and topping up your card are not working due to "transition phase". Funny enough this is not stated anywhere till you add money onto the platform.

I am not going to invest money in a company that does not provide proof of financial health I suggest you do proper research about financial health before investing, if the company goes bankrupt you will not recover your money like it happens with traditional banks

I am so angry!!! Don't work with them! Over weeks no possibility to move your money, no Infos, wrong infos on support, which I heard after many times of chatting.

Ever since they became choice.com I’ve had issues withdrawing money. Last couple of times the issue was fixed in the matter of a day, however this time we’re on day 4 and still nothing. It started with error and not even showing what was the error, which lead to me trying multiple times and “exceeding” the daily limits, which of course nobody tell you how many they are. Not to mention the fees…Support is not helpful at all, especially one of the ladies there that was just giving me canned responses. I am never using this app again and I used to love it. Maybe if their support was better I wouldn’t have been so disappointed.

Never had any issues, customer support has always resolved the problems in a timely manner and in the average time compared to all big business with lot of customers. I'm not sure why people complain about the support, they probably got scammed by other people who claimed to be crypterium. Crypterium has joined with several big companies selling their assets for example Etoro, I don't think Etoro didn't do any due diligence before accepting them. Be aware of what you say before leaving an official review
