I booked and paid for one cabin…
I booked and paid for one cabin (outside, so your agent contacted me and asked to change the cabin, and changed me to a cabin with a partially blocked view for the same amount. Upon arrival at the pier, I was given a cabin with a partial view, i.e. the view was only 10% and 90% blocked. I believe that this cabin did not correspond to the money I paid. I tried to talk to the ship's reception, I was told that it was not their fault. I tried to contact you but to no avail. Sunday was 1.06. The agent only contacted me in the evening and told me "that I got exactly what I booked". After 3 days, they offered me a really adequate cabin for the money I paid. However, it still says that I spent 3 days in very poor accommodation for my money. Please refund those funds, i.e. the difference in the price of accommodation. Danica Tomašić

While it is true that your assigned cabin matched the category confirmed prior to departure, we acknowledge that your perception of its quality did not align with your expectations. We're also sorry for any delay in communication and for the discomfort you experienced during those initial days.
We’re pleased that a more suitable cabin was eventually arranged, and we truly appreciate your patience during that process. However, we understand that this solution came after you had already spent several days in a cabin that you felt did not reflect the value of your booking.
Your request for a partial refund, reflecting the difference in quality for those three days, has been duly noted.
We are currently reviewing your case internally and will follow up with a formal response regarding possible compensation as soon as the evaluation is complete.

However ,this year service is soooo poor!!!
I have requested to share a quotation for a cruise on 14th April , but unfortunately no matter how many times I did follow ups - they are just ignoring the request !

Edited review after my issue has been resolved
This is an edited review, at first I gave one star beacuse I was not happy with the customer service after I had to cancel my cruise. But when Greta, the head of customer servise, took my complaint everthing started looking up. She is very professional, helpful and we had great communication so I had to change the review. Yes, it was slow at first and I was very frustrated, but eventually I got my refund thanks to Greta.

Sells you one thing and then you receive a lower quality service - Basic Fraud Scheme to Sell, Sell, Sell (wolf of wall street style)
Not sure about anyone else but these guys sell you something and then actually give you the basic package which is not what they sold us or what we paid for - highly disappointed and if you do use them please make sure they give you all the information. It’s fraud in reality.
Also these cruises give you prices for everything (which are already 50% extra than on land but then charge 15% VAT and service charge which again is additional). Again this was badly explained as all the tips (service charge) were supposed to be included.
I have clear proof of what they sold and then what they gave us, there answer was well you signed the contract. Incredibly I signed the contract based on what they said and I read the T&Cs, I read a lot more than that and no where does it explain the packages and no where does it state don’t trust you travel agent , they will screw you out of 590€.
Finally When you try to call them they drop the line every time. This has been on going since early April. Then I was on the WhatsApp chat and I can only presume they realized their mistake, suddenly no one answered anymore. They basically ghosted me.
Perhaps no body works there or they just don’t care as it’s all commission oriented. Sell, Sell, Sell…
We booked the MSC EUROPA (May 7th-May 14th) which is a fabulous boat and the staff onboard are excellent but Cruise Topic for me are fraudsters only interested in their bottom line.
EDIT : After this review the sales agent called us back to tell us we should’ve done our research and not them.
Why go through a travel agency and have them be our agent if we had to do the work, not them and it was not for them to give us the options available upon knowing our expectations?
So instead they sold us the lowest package , but telling us we had unlimited everything and now expect us to pay a premium price to get what we asked for.
The attitude of the sales lady was rude, stubborn and not at all willing to come to a solution. Sorry to say but majorly disappointed with these guys. Oh and do your research and don’t rely on the agency - might as well go directly to MSC
