Great vacation
There were excellent programs for kids and for adults. We enjoyed them all. The seated dinner was great. The parties with different musis were amazing. In the bars you can choose that type of music you like.

A businesspartner booked me a cruise with them, i contacted them for an upgrade after the ship said sure no problem, just let them request it...
Guess what within 3 phonecalls and 3 emails noone ever thought about even replying and taking my money...
Edit: Im updating this to 3 stars as Dorina who was in contact with my businesspartner just called me now and she was in frequent touch with my them to get my passports etc. sorted, does not help me as i still didnt get the cabin upgrade (i wanted to pay for), but atleast someone at their company replies and and takes care of things for the clients.

At the end we solved everything
I wrote a review about a cruisetopic and a bad experience regarding refund after not being able to go on a cruise. After review the customer service contacted me (Greta) and solved our problems. Greta was really helpful and managed everything to be solved. We got our refund.
