When I needed assistance with final bills on our 9 business accounts Melanie Thurairatnam and Mohammed Sajid were both extremely helpful and followed through the queries until they were resolved.

After an initial bad experience trying to get a penalty appealed whereby the response time was far too long, Natalie Knight actioned this much quicker and got the penalty credited to our account.

Melanie was amazing very helpful and quick!More companies should have this level of customer service!

Emma Clarke has made managing debt and queries with Crown Gas and Power for one of our larger clients a very smooth process. Her reports are easy to understand and we are able to provide updates for any outstanding items by adding comments. She is very friendly, helpful and an absolute joy to work with.

Emma has consistently been super helpful and proactive, keeping us up to date and informed of anything that is happening across the accounts we manage. She is always very supportive and has made our debt calls very productive and efficient, as she does not let issues or questions drag on without an update and actions everything very quickly.

Mohammed Sajid helped me to resolve the issue in no time. He provided excellent customer service, was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue efficiently. His friendly attitude made the experience pleasant, and I truly appreciate the professionalism.

Horrific company trying to charge firstly a drive by disconnect st £140 which they couldn’t provide details of for me to check on my CCTV, a year on claim they have done meter reads and charge me for gas…I’m the only one with a key and the building is empty. Absolutely disgusting way to treat business and with a flippant attitude

Crown Gas are great at answering the phone in just a few minutes. The staff are always helpful, kind, and friendly. Its always a pleasure to call them or vice versa. Always a quick solution to any issues that arise on either side.
