From the arrival of the materials and throughout the construction of our glass veranda, Chris and Jake carried out the fitting with the upmost care and attention. Discussed with us at various times how it was progressing.
They were courteous and quiet throughout, punctual and tidy.
We are overjoyed with our veranda and already have benefitted from the extension to our garden. It enables us to sit outside whatever the weather and enjoy the view.
The product is excellent quality as described.

Asked for a quote and was given an order.i did not want this as too expensive. However they went ahead and refused to cancel.

I would never trust that company again.
I was pushed into signing quotation which I'm now told was an order but a lot of money was taken from my account on 5/8/25 and survey was not done until 6/8/25. Even surveyor knew it was much too expensive for me. At this time garage door was not made to spec and all I wanted was my money back. I also did not appreciate the salesman phoning me at home saying he was going to sue me because he was pushy. I am being polite about this.

From our initial enquiry to the final installation Crocodile have been superb. Sales were very knowledgeable, surveying were extremely thorough and the installers Chris and Jake went that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Our Garden Room looks fantastic and we have had several enquiries from relatives and neighbours already. Five star service from start to finish. Graham Pell, Barnsley.

Just had a garage door fitted . Paul and Paul the fitters two lovely lads did a fantastic job.very polite and courteous left everything clean and tidy,explained the workings of the door, safety features,the switch and light feature in side the garage and the alarm then got me to use the fob to open and close the door made sure I was happy with everything before they left THANKS PAUL AND PAUL

Very efficient, all people polite and helpful. Fitters McKenzie and Nathham arrived on time, worked through the rain and did a great job. Very pleased with product and service.

Great experience from start to finish with the Salesman, survey and fitters conducting a top job! McKenzie and Nathan were really professional fitters and I’m really pleased with the fitting quality and function that this garage door provides. Life is now a lot easier.

It's a garage door, so it's difficult to get too excited about it. It is a lot better and sturdier than some I have looked at.
The fitters, Ricardo and John, however, did a great job and left my garage cleaner than they found it. Nice one, guys.

Happy with everything except the glass roof was not cleaned when completed

The whole process from start to finish was very professional, everybody turned up on time and we were kept fully informed throughout in a timely manner.
Our fitters Dave and George turned up on time and got straight to work, and they did a great job and fully tidied up once the work was done including taking away the old door even though they did not have to.
Dave gave a very thorough explanation and demonstration of how to operate and service our new door including all of the safety features.
The door looks great and operates smoothly and the quality appears excellent.

Had a glass veranda fitted today and it is fabulous. Highly recommend this company and the process was excellent from start to finish. Chris and Jake who installed the veranda were brilliant- worked hard all day and were really friendly and helpful - a real credit to the company - thank you so much

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team that installed our new door did a fantastic job. Although it was an unexpected expense, the new door perfectly matches our grey porch. Unlike our previous door, this one is equipped with an alarm system and more, I highly recommend this company and want to extend a big thank you to the polite young men Paul and Paul who installed the door. They also cleaned up afterwards and took the old door away. Thank you guys.

Had it fitted in November 23 and in December 25 we noticed that it had started to blister,phone up and we have just had to pay for a new curtain they say its because we live near the sea area !!!! Didn't tell you about it when asked before fitting it they just said all weather protected we have just sent a piece off to be checked but we was missold

Whilst our doors were installed in 2021, are therefore out of warranty and were damaged by my own car: the cost of the 'service' was, I believe excessive. The Crocodile employee merely applied a wooden 'tool' to repeat my own efforts on the deformed guide rails and spraying WD40 into the roller bearings.

Great service from initial quote by Martin through to fitting by Paul & Paul. Clean and tidy and everything was explained in detail. Overall very happy with our new garage door and the service recieved.
