Crocodile Garage Doors Verandas Reviews 

We have had our electric garage doors from Crocodile for several years now, and recently one of the doors stopped working. I reported the issue and, within just two days, Mark and Paul from the installation team were dispatched to help.

What a fantastic pair of gentlemen — polite, professional, and full of humour! Both proudly from Yorkshire, complete with the proper accents, which delighted my wife, who was born in Leeds. Before long she had completely abandoned her BBC English and was chatting away as though she’d lived in Yorkshire all her life!

They quickly identified the fault and had everything repaired in no time at all. We live in Norfolk, and as the usual engineer was tied up on another job, we really appreciated Mark and Paul making the journey to us after completing an installation in Colchester.

This was good old-fashioned British customer service at its very best. We cannot recommend Crocodile and its team highly enough!

Fantastic job today by Paul and Paul from Crocodile fitted a roller shutter garage door and did a great job and left everywhere super tidy. Fitted the door all went smoothly and then gave us a demo of the electrics. Would definitely recommend Crocodile to anyone looking for garage doors 👍🏼

Dave and George visited today to install my new 5.2m garage shutter. If I could leave a 10 star review I would! They arrived early to meet the delivery lorry as my door wouldn't fit in their van. The installation went very smoothly, they were both friendly and worked in a very professional manner. They were clean and tidy. The garage was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. The finished result was very impressive. I'm so pleased I chose Crocodile doors, I have every confidence that I have bought a quality product that will last for many years to come. Before they left they went through the operation of the door and demonstrated all of the features. I couldn't be happier with the door and the excellent fitting team of Dave and George. From start to finish crocodile have been outstanding - we ordered a winter garden and the service we have received has been brilliant. Jay and Daz worked very hard installing the product and the after care was brilliant. A couple of niggles were Ironed out easily with no fuss- crocodile went above and beyond and we highly recommend them!!

Really pleased with our Crocodile automatic garage door. Ricardo and John took around 4 hours to fit despite the occasional rain shower. Kept us informed on the installation and tidied up afterwards. They were polite and respectful and did a great job. The garage door is manufactured to a high quality and standard which is why we chose Crocodile above others on the market. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a new roller garage door fitted. The two guys Mark and Paul were excellent workers. They, tidied up as they went. I would highly recommend them.

An excellent installation of our new garage door. John and Ricardo were punctual, polite, hard working, and fuelled only on tea and biscuits completed the whole job in around 3 hours, including tidying up afterwards, and taking the old door apart and away.
Its as though they had never been there!
We had a full demonstration of the door and remotes before leaving.

Hello, the team arrived bang on time, they left 1 and half hours later, cleaned up and checked, perfect in every way, many thanks.

McKenzie and Nathan were professional throughout the whole installation. They talked us through what they were doing, checked that the details they had were correct, and made the whole experience stress free. They both ensured that the site was kept tidy throughout the whole process. The quality of workmanship is to a high standard and they were informative and patient when showing us how to use the door after the insulation was complete.

I had a problem with a lock on the veranda door fitted by Crocodile last year : the key would turn in the barrel but couldn’t be pulled out.

It meant when we went out we would have to leave the door unlocked - not that we are in a high crime area, more for peace of mind.

I called Crocodile Verandas on Tuesday, they called me on Wednesday and fitted me in for a repair on Thursday

The two lads that came were superb - tried it replaced it and hadn’t even finished their coffees.

Really great service again from the ‘Made in Yorkshire’ business
