This platform has all the hallmarks of being a scam.

Heya,

So i tried to swap some K via Exodus form ETH to XMR. My Swap failed, my transaction got on hold. After reaching out to Exodus, they told me to get direct contact with the Exchanger. After i wrote them, i have read here the Feedbacks and really got scared, after what i read to not get my funds back.

After 2-3 Hours, i got the first Email to do the KYC. Done, next email to show proof of ownership of the coins, i have much coins and i showed some proofs of my bought from other exchanges. 1 Hour later, they approved my proofs and send out my XMR.

Maybe Exodus should give a warning, if you swap too much on 3rd offers, their will be a KYC.

But at the end, everything went fine and the response of criptointercambio was Good, fast processing of everything, after confirmed about 20-30min later i had my XMR.

SCAMMERS!!! Around a month ago I swapped BTC to XMR in Exodus wallet. A few days later they disappeared from my wallet and I contacted Exodus support team. They told that all swap and fiat order transactions initiated through Exodus are directly served by third-party API providers and redirected my to Cripto Intercambio supports. Firstly, they asked me to complete KYC verification (w/o any clear explanation why I should do that and what is wrong with my wallet or coins) and I completed it. Then they started to requests tons of the screenshots on my different transactions, even the ones I did using other trading platforms! Alright, I sent everything they requested (around 10-15 different screenshots with the transactions) and then they just told "Please allow us some time to review all the information regarding your case.". After 10 days they do not have any updates or deadlines and do not even tell why did they "put on hold" = stole my coins.
Now I'm trying to work with the lawyer on this case, but any advice will be highly appreciated.

Any advice how I can return my coins or maybe who successfully won the case against them?

They have been holding my funds (less than $1000) for over 5 days. Support only answers once every 8-10 hours with the same copy and paste 'we're working on it' reply. I truly think they are a scam

I noticed there has been a lot bad blood from others who used this company for swap. In my experience, it has been very quick and easy. I would recommend this company to my friends.

I have to admit that I researched CriptoIntercambio AFTER I started my swap of from ETH to BTC (which was a considerable amount) trusting Ledger...and read some ugly reviews here so I was a bit concerned...I was expecting the process to take 3-4 hours and it took 37 minutes...sweet! process was so simple and easy, will definetly use it and recommend it again.

Stay away, after i did the KYC, yes, they ask for it, they adked for proof of funds, did that also, now it's been over a week and they keep my fund for "refund" but they dont send it. STAY AWAY

They been holding my money for a month never in the history of bitcoin has a swap taking that long

My SOL/USDT swap transaction from an exodus wallet failed through this API provider. Although the support team is responsive to my emails, 3 days later the transaction has not cleared and I'm only told they're working on it. I have no confidence my transaction will be corrected, and my USDT received.

Im pissed that this company stole my XRP which was my Christmas money. My XRP was on my ledger and I swapped it to SOL. My Transaction stayed in pending activity and my funds never refunded. CIC has no customer service or working website. Now doing research I've seen that others have been through the same BS! Ledger shouldn't be connected with this scam company and Ive contacted my lawyer to hold Ledger and CIC accountable. I want my hard earn money back asap!!

They froze My swap i provided Them what the asked for and now they dont respond anymore.
So they have stolen 22k dollars from me, My lawyer that have good connections with the SEC are going to hunt them down where they operate from and contact who is in charge there and we Will bring this exange to county. I Will give them to tomorrow to give back my funds or we will file a massive lawsuit against them and in my next post if i dont recive my funds i will write my e-mail adress so all the victims can Contact me.

all is good, transaction was fast. Exchanged usdt to btc, no problems occurred

Run away from these scammers.
They will block your exchange and demand KYC.
After you send all the documents they still will not release your funds.

My friend recommended this exchange to me, and I was blown away by how easy it was to get started and make my first trade (USD/ETH)

Scam Company, Exodus helping them to stole the funds, i swapped eth to xmr, and they asked me millions of stupid questions! i proceed the KYC live ID and all the stuffs, but these scammers wont stop asking and asking more questions! all that because they wont give the funds! Im opening a rapport against this company in the cybercrime department! we will see how its easy to take hard earned money.
