I didn’t like the results of my relative finder. I don’t recognize anyone on the list of extended family. I thought I would find connections with closer relatives. Also, I sent messages to all of my 6... See more

I spent around 260 last december. I sent off two kits and am still waiting on the results. The kits themselves very difficult to know what kit had all the ancestry package with it! I ended up sending the wrong kit with the wrong person and am still without results. The company is sending us in circles and it is very disappointing!!! They will not call you , everything is email !

I am graphologist . I always had the idea that graphology is a very dangerous thing , because anyone can't hide who is .
Now , I see study of DNA is even a more dangerous thing , because anyone can't hide who is , absolutely .
DNA confirm what graphology reveal . But DNA goes even much far away .
CRI Genetics is a very serious company and their scientists are very competent . The customer service is very good and cooperative .
I highly recommend CRI Genetics .

I'm very disappointed that nothing in the data results included the history of my family once they arrived in America. I know my maternal grandfather was half Irish, but that isn't mentioned. I'm also told they we have Native American, French (maternal) and German (paternal).

My mother was exotic with black hair blue green eyes and beautiful dark complexion. I am fair and blue eyed like my father. I was curious of where her ancestors could be from? After visiting Morocco in the desert I noticed the women looked like my mother’s relatives . I needed to know! And you put the puzzle together for me, thank you

Interesting and potentially useful info. Worth the expense.

Wrong ancestry results. Forced me to do a test with 23andme which provided much more accurate results. Your results for me were so far off that I believe you mixed up my sample with someone else’s.

Get your facts right. I am not Peruvian. I am a generational Chilean. Great great grandparents are also Chilean. Chile is not mentioned at all in my report. So therefore this is a waste of money and my time.Very dissatisfied .I want a refund.

I was born to think I was 50% Greek and 50% Polish as Mom was 100% Polish and Dad, 100% Greek. I didn't realize going back so may generations, different ethnicities were added in my DNA. I was shocked!

I was expecting you to be linked up to other DNA testing companies data bases in order to make the connection to relatives that have had their DNA tested at a different company.

It confirmed what I expected that I was of Nigerian ancestry. The report was so extensive and extremely informative. I finally feel connected.

Overall reports didn't take long at all. Reports are extensive and very cool. It all you!

My wife had done a DNA test from a different company and it was both confusing and useless. I decided to try a DNA test from CRI Genetics. I'm so glad I did. No interest in Relative Finder but big interest in the Health Reports. Fascinating to find out that my strong preference for tea (never liked coffee) was genetic. Other health reports have given me direction on things I can work on. My DNA test with CRI Genetics was well worth the money.

Your cost of more information is very limiting for senior citizens. It’s expensive to get old and our legacies are valuable! “Every time an old person dies, a library is lost.” More is lost than history. Experience in different circumstances, is an example. A lifetime of dealing with a myriad of situations alone can’t be conveyed in a book and rare is the child or adult that seeks knowledge and wisdom from an elder.

A discount would be helpful.

Completely at variance with Ancestry, 23 and Me, and Geno 2.0. Some references make no sense at all, and the ancestries identified seem to have little or no use. Outside of the few reports in the basic package everything else is extra cost. Some reported traits are the opposite of actual ones.

their customer support is awesome, they solved all the mistakes were made in the label/results immediately, and in very professional matter if you ask me.
90% of the "health" results were completely opposite of what is actually true.
my main issue would be that the maternal haplo (and the reason i took the test in the fist place), is completely off. It showed that my Great grandma was (way) East Asian, and i met her, she was not...
also, the chart for the "recent analysis" is well made and easily understandably, the maternal haplo, is not (in my opinion).

Reply from CRI Genetics
Not real sure my results are accurate as me and my sibling have very different results as well as my mother’s brother.
I feel duped and disappointed.

Few details and $100 for parent haplo groups is a rip off
