Bought 25 6x6x5 switch with three 20…
Bought 25 6x6x5 switch with three 20 key keyboard decoder chips.. the chips came the following week.. the switches the week after as they were late fair enough. However the switches were 6 off of the type I needed and the reset were 6x6x4 no good for the membrain keypad I needed them for.. spoke with your staff and sent a email with phone as they asked.. they checked and said they had the correct one there. Said they would send 20 to me with a stamp to post the others back.. never received. I bought 6x6z5 not 6x6x4 for a reason. Either your worried about cost or your not bothered.. I have now bought 50 of the 6x6x5 switches from Temu for £1.87. And they have arrived and are correct.its a shame that something as simple you you don't get right or you do t follow though with what you promise.. Oh and I never got an acknowledgement from the email I sent with the picture attached.. thank you.. manuel iche
