Supper fast delivery!

5 Stars every time. I order my product early Tuesday morning around 3 am and it was here less then 36 hours later. It’s usually here next day. It’s never been like my longer then 2 days. I’ve bought 2 bundles, 2 protect sprays, 2 deo sprays and some crease protectors in the last month. I love this brand and it will always be my go to brand from now on. I love it.

I ordered 7 comfort insoles from Crep protect but initially they sent 1.Then I contacted the Crep Protect team.The team quickly tried to address the issue(asked me for shipment details) and the issue got addressed.I want to thank Crep Protect for not neglecting their customers.

Do not buy from this company.

After purchasing some insoles, I received no updates on my order for an entire week before following up with customer service, who told me that the item was not in stock.

I was allowed to purchase this item, I was made to wait a week with no update on my order and had I not followed up with customer, they very likely would have kept my money and the product I ordered. Horrible.

Avoid if you don't want to possibly get robbed.

Order was send within a day.
Too bad one insole was damaged.
Contacted customer service and I got a very quick respons back.
They offered me new insoles or a refund of 50%.
New insoles are on the way the next day.

I always judge a company by how they deal with situations when they go wrong. I have to say it has been 5 star service. They went out of their way to think of a resolution and have most certainly retained a very happy customer ⭐️⭐️

Crept protect customer service is outstanding I purchased a foam cleaner a while ago but have only just got round to using it but the bottle or product wasn’t working right so I emailed crept protect and with out any hesitation have got a brand new one in the post free of charge the next day,person I was dealing with on email was very professional,I always use various crept protection items for my trainer collection and will continue too!

I’m a long time user of Crep Protect and i recently ordered some cleaning foam, leather cleaner and protect spray, unfortunately the spray was missing from my package, i notified the help team straight away and within 10mins i had a reply and resolution to my problem…..

If you’re happy with feeling extremely uncomfortable while walking, 10/10.

However if you desire comfort, I would avoid completely. Everything UP to the outer foot is fine. Sure, there is a gap where your little toe sits, but it’s the arch over your little toe, into the outer foot which is of main concern.

Wore them for about 30 minutes, done my weekly shop but had to take the out mid shop because it was unbearable.

AVOID - THEY ARE NOT COMFY!

They helped me really good, after a complaint that i didn't get my sneakerbag. The courier ''lost'' it. They will send me another one and a refund of 50%

I ordered some new products a new Crep Protect customer and they arrived on Tuesday this week. I found that the Leather Conditioner was not functioning as advertised, so I contacted the team at Crep Protect. Within a short period of time, they quickly resolved the issue and sent out a new product which arrived this morning (Saturday). Completely hassle free and fantastic customer service! I look forward to being a long term customer!
