I was scrolling through TIk tok and my idol Queen on TIk tok is Lottie Rodgers and I was watching a GRWM and she out on one of your tracksuits and I just immediately fell in love with it, so I went and ordered one and now I wear it all the time and will be ordering another set soon

Awful customer service. Ignored the majority of my messages, on top of late delivery. Poor.

P.S - I understand that delivery isn’t necessarily in your control, but as far as customer service goes, I still stand by what I said. You’ve replied relatively quickly to a bad review, but not to any of my messages.

That said, the quality of your clothing is good. Please use this experience to improve.

Received my item on 23/08 and sent it back on the 04/09, two days before the 2 week returns policy. I then received an email stating I was not entitled to a refund as it was outside the returns date allowed, however, at this point if it takes two days or a year for the parcel to get back to the warehouse this is an issue to be taken up with DPD not an acceptable time to refuse to refund the customer. I have attempted to contact someone both via email and Instagram messages and after a few back and forth emails I have clearly been ignored. It seems very out of touch to hold onto someone’s money especially an amount like this and ignore them when contacted, I have no product to show for the money lost and am very disappointed that this is the outcome. I can only imagine I will be responded to on this complaint as I can see other people have been, and it is evident that I am not the only customer to be ignored.

Order went missing and never arrived. Company didn’t respond until I kept chasing on every platform and when they eventually did they said this wasn’t their responsibility and weren’t willing to help and I needed to contact delivery company. It’s not the delivery companies responsibility- if they chose to contract that company they need to claim the loss back from them, not me. They only offered a replacement item but in a different size as the size originally ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund they refused. Embarrassing that they can treat paying customers with such little regard as long as they have their money.

I have ordered from here before and the clothes are great however this time I paid for next day delivery due to urgency however 3 days past the next working day I hadn’t received my order I attempted to reach out and I hadn’t heard anything I was really disappointed

There was an issue with my order, Eve from creo messaged me informing of the problem, they had it rectified very quickly and was more than happy for me to exchange it for something not in the sale as it was a mess up on their end. Im very happy with the shirt quality and print, and even more so with how they handled it all with professionalism and courtesy.
