Been a month. Still haven’t received my order. Have the cheek to make you pay for delivery.

Creo are an amazing brand, clear in communication up to date with the latest information. Great and “real” sales and many times discounted at great value. The quality of the clothing is exceptional and easy to care for .

Lovely products, fully recommend them to everyone.

Very happy with my mystery box. Not all designs my style but will make good gifts. Materials and techniques used are top notch. Clothes feel comfortable, order from them again!

Ordered over a month ago and still no parcel received, worried this won’t be with me for Christmas fingers crossed it actually turns up

Really disappointed in the service I have received. Ordered an item on 11th November 2023 and received confirmation of a delay which I understand is unavoidable. On 28th November I received an update confirming the order has been dispatched however tracking indicates this is not the case. I have paid a large amount for this order and find it unreasonable to not be given an update on the status of the order. Emails are often ignored and I am put of pocket and without my item. I would avoid creo studios and cannot recommend them

I think the quality is amazing, I am very impressed. I would like them to bring back more cuffed track suit bottoms because I like both open and cuffed options. I will definitely be buying more from Creo studios!

Honestly the best customer service i have received from anywhere i have ordered from, i ordered my boyfriend a set for our holiday for his birthday and was worrying it wasn’t going to come in time, imogen messaged me on whatsapp privately and sorted out a different set they had in stock so he was able to have it in time and is sending it out to arrive on wednesday, can’t wait to see his amazing set come and also can’t wait to put my own order in when they restock🥰

Comfiest tracksuit, fast delivery

We recently placed an order with Creo and then decided we wanted to change the tracksuit within an hour so we contacted them as it’s a no cancellation policy and they done it straight away! I also contacted them about sizing guides for a lady and they come back to me with a personal message! Amazing, personal service. Can’t wait for our deliveries! Thankyou so much for being so prompt and great! Wish all websites were like that!

Creo’s clothes are always top quality and they have great customer service. I accidently ordered without express delivery, I contacted them and they made sure I had the package the next day. Excellent brand

The quality of the clothing is AMAZING. The designs.. LOVE. The comfort.. COMFY! The price, affordable! Will 100% buy from them again :)

There is too much fluff under the jumper & shorts which destroys the top that I am wearing underneath.

Still awaiting a returns label that I requested on the day my item was delivered.
