I’ve commented here before about this company, but once again they’ve gone above and beyond.
My partner is with a different IVA firm and has faced constant harassment, payment demands of £500+, and endless stress. In complete contrast, Creditfix have been supportive, consistent, and proactive throughout my entire five‑year journey.

Today confirmed that again. As soon as I made my final payment, they contacted me to congratulate me and guide me through the next steps. URTIKA in particular moved mountains and helped me complete my IVA with incredible efficiency.

I am trying to sort out a refund in full but no one is being helpful at all

I have made a complaint as well

They are thieves

Do not trust credit fix

Everything was explained to me simple and clearly i was made aware of what was going to happen and the caller was nice and polite

Ishitah Jeebun was very helpful i suffer from stress,anxiety and depression overall take medicine for other reason and have to undergo surgery. I was really stress but she made me feel comfortable and gave me assurance that everything would be fine and explain the process patiently.
