I called up to have my account sent to closures. Neelesh Keesoondoyal was absolutely fantastic. Walked me through every step and assured me my certificate would come up to 6 months and there was nothing I need to do in this time. He went through the closure process with myself. Creditfix have been nothing but fantastic so credit is due to every member of Creditfix as they have helped me become free from debt. I would highly recommend Creditfix to anyone considering an IVA.

I spoke with a Toni-Jaye Knox and without questioning me, Toni, read through the notes on my file and not only understood my circumstances Toni actually helped me. That’s not to say that the help offered by previous representatives of Creditfix was not efficient it a sense “it was”, it’s just Toni didn’t make me jump through hoops to get the help I needed.
