Have had an IVA with CreditFix for 5 years, I called today to check how far along I am as I was sure it soon due to close and I spoke to a lovely lady called Soovidha. She was so helpful and seemed to not mind all my questions! Has really put my mind at ease and wasn’t shy to go a little extra for me, you’ve made someone’s day today Soovidha, thank you!

I spoke with Soovidha this afternoon, in regard to quite a worrying email regarding a CCJ letter from a creditor. She was very helpful, sent an email out to them immediately and gave me reassuring advice.

It took me 30 minutes and 3 departments to make a payment but I was put through to a lovely lady called Cassandra Bridges. She helped me within a matter of minutes, helped calm my anxiety and was so lovely and refreshing to speak too. She’s an absolute star and a credit to this company. I rung up this afternoon, asking for advice and some clarification on my account. After initially talking to another employee, I was transferred to Caitlin Quinn who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to raise things in our conversation I wouldn't have even thought of to make sure I was getting the support I needed throughout my IVA. She was extremely patient in regards to me sending the correct documents over, and replied so quickly to her emails, making sure I knew everything I needed too. Thank you so much Caitlin, you've really helped reduce the stress today and tackle a situation I've been trying to avoid. A real credit to the team.
