Order supposedly shipped on 4/22/24
Order supposedly shipped on 4/22/24. Somehow order shipped back to Creative Pet. I was informed on 5/6/24 that order was re-sent. Today is 5/14/24 and item still hasn't arrived.
You would think that when they received order back in error, they would have shipped it Priority mail.
I will never use this vendor again.

Great product, great company
I love the training collar and backpack by ceasar milan. Both great quality and effective. The collar can slide around a little but it's a small matter.when used properly for training its effective, I feel secure using it and it brings Atom, my dog, to attention quickly. I recommend both the product and company. The delivery was fast, some communication was needed and they responded quickly, with great care. A shout out to Patrick, thank you for your help. So 5 ☆'s across the board, I highly recommend both, product and company. I will shop again from creative pet alliance :)♡
