They advised at time of placing order that orders would arrive to the US in 3 weeks. I have contacted them numerous times with lies and nasty attitudes and replies from both Patrick and owner rebecca. They refuse to provide any tracking information they refuse to provide any confirmation that my order ever shipped they refuse to refund and they have the nastiest email responses ever. Do not order from this fraudulent scam company they will steal your money they will lie email after email and you will never get your product then they will refuse to ship your product again because they never shipped it in the first place don't waste your money creative pet Alliance UK LTD is a fraud they're being reported to all United States governing authorities as well as UK governing authorities for their scam and fraud and stealing

I ordered a Pack Leader collar 3 weeks ago and when I asked for the tracking information (so I wouldn't have to download the Shop app) I was told the collar is being sent from Germany and will take 3 weeks to be delivered. After 2 weeks I did download the Shop app to see where the package is and the status is still "Preparing Shipment"! So it's been 3 weeks and they haven't even shipped the collar! The company has been terrible about providing updates and the updates I do see make me think I'm being ripped off. Honestly, I wish I could give 0 stars.

Cannot trace my order as per tracking number. e-mailed and asked where and on what site must I track my order as I ordered on the 12th October and it is the 5th November *- 3 weeks.

We received the Cesar Millan training leash in a timely manner and it is working great for our dog. There were no issues with ordering or delivery.

The product was everything that we expected.

Just what I wanted, another float toy for our doggie. Quick delivery and a lovely extra touch was a free pouch to put poo bags or treats in!!!!

Everything perfect, but you have to consider that the free shipping therefore does not have the tracking number and therefore you do not know the exact delivery times, but it is not a problem just don't rush

I have a very strong willed Red and White Boston 5 year old boy! He loves to greet people with jumping and gets very, very excited the collar worked to calm him down the first time I used it! Because of his jumping he has pulled his hind leg, and it was nearly impossible to keep him from reinjuring it the collar is worth its weight in gold!! Wish I had known about it when he was a wee lad! Thank you
