Really great selection of products. I was able to completely customise my purchase because of the ability to buy individual components. It was easy to place an order and the products arrived very quickly. I appreciated the eco-friendly packaging - all of it is recyclable. Finally, the quality of the products themselves is excellent. The lighting and cabling is going to look fantastic once installed. I would definitely buy from Creative Cables again.

I call on Saturday after my order failed to arrive and get a message the office is closed and is only open Mon-Fri 9.30-5pm.

I call again on Monday at 9.30 only to be put through to the warehouse who tell me that customer service only start at 10am

So which is it Creative Cables?
8.30 as your website states, 9.30 as the telephone message states or 10.00 as the warehouse guy says.

It is now 10.15 and there is still no one apart from the warehouse guy to take my call.

Ridiculous waste of time

Customer service is really rude. I tried contacting the company on web chat, phone and email and in all instances the person I was speaking to was rude. I was made to feel like a complete idiot for not knowing what all the constituent parts of a lamp are called and I was told that the information is obvious on website. I’m sure it is, if I was to look at the website everyday, but I do not. Unsurprisingly I will not be using again. I also tried to swap a light bulb for a different colour and that wasn’t possible either.

I found these guys on Insta, and planned for a while what I wanted. I found the website slightly tricky at first but once I found what I wanted it was pretty straight forward. my delivery came super quick already made. I am very happy and would reccomend and use again.

The customer service is severely lacking. I was told via email that I had ordered the wrong cable length and that I should have realised this as the website makes it very clear. Unbelievably rude - needless to say I cancelled the order

Absolutely fantastic company.
Not only are the products great but the customer service is one of best I have ever encountered.
Also the delivery is very prompt too.
