Create have been first class all the way during our IVF Cycles, everyone from drs, nurses and the ladies on the front desk have been incredible!

Me and my partner used create fertility and were very happy with the care, compassion and support we received throughout our journey. Every member of staff were informative and empathetic. My partner and I have done multiple cycles of IVF with Create and we have been treated with care and compassion throughout. Our patient coordinator Liz has been so so supportive - she has been so kind and caring but also so efficient and helpful with the millions of questions we’ve had!

My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing from an administrative and communication standpoint. Despite being assigned a patient coordinator, I had to constantly chase for responses. Medication was not organised on time, and I was still trying to secure what I needed the day before I was meant to start medication.

A major issue occurred when I tried to arrange the treatment consultation needed before my second transfer. I had already completed this appointment only weeks earlier for my first transfer, yet I was told I had to repeat the entire process. The coordinator then informed me there were “no available appointments” and apologised for the inconvenience—an inconvenience that would have meant missing my entire cycle and delaying treatment by another full month. It felt like a rigid, “computer says no” response at a time when timing is medically critical. When my husband called the main switchboard, someone outside the Birmingham clinic found us an appointment that same afternoon, which made it clear that the situation had been avoidable.

As a privately paying patient, I often felt like a bank balance rather than a person. Costs were not explained clearly, and there were several hidden expenses, especially with medication. When my cycle was cancelled, we lost over £1,000 in medication alone, with no egg retrieval and no transfer. I also paid for two years of embryo storage but only used three months, as we had just two viable embryos. I’ve emailed four times requesting a refund for the unused storage and have received no response. Payments were taken immediately when treatment or medication was needed, but when it comes to anything involving a refund, it’s the complete opposite.

The star on my review are for the nurses who were consistently lovely, kind, professional, and reassuring. Some consultants were also very good, but my main consultant provided limited information unless I specifically asked. When my first transfer failed and I asked what might be changed for the second attempt, the consultant simply said we would “do the same and see if it works.” If the second transfer had failed, we would have needed to pay for an entirely new treatment package—including medication—and a frozen transfer alone is over £5,000. None of this was acknowledged when discussing the plan.

I later learned that I would have been eligible for the ABC package, which is significantly cheaper than the CREATE option I was placed on. This was never mentioned to me.

The experience was overshadowed by poor communication, lack of transparency, and a dismissive attitude around finances. Emails about additional charges were frequent, often for hundreds of pounds, and any questions about invoices were met with short, unhelpful replies. It added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time.

This process has cost us around £15,000, and I am still waiting for clarity on my refund. While I am now 19 weeks pregnant and grateful for the successful outcome, I would not recommend this clinic to other private patients. The nurses were excellent, but the administrative and coordination side of the clinic undermined the entire experience through poor communication, inflexibility, and a lack of care.

We had a great experience at Create Leeds. The clinical team always made us feel at ease and helped guide us to make the best decisions for treatment. We were very fortunate to get pregnant on our first cycle and transfer and have since welcomed our baby. We would definitely recommend.

We had our IVF journey with Create Fertility at both the Bury and Wilmslow clinics, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our nurse, Gyonyul, was absolutely amazing — caring, reassuring, and incredibly supportive. When we had a scare with a bleed, she quickly identified what was going on and guided us through everything with such compassion.

The whole team was understanding, honest, and helpful throughout our journey. Our coordinator was always so supportive and made the process feel manageable.

Thanks to them, we are now 7 weeks pregnant and truly thankful for the care we received

I phoned today for some information and spoke with the nicest person. I had spoke with another clinic a different company yesterday who had left me in tears .
I think I spoke with Ayaat. Who was so compassionate, understanding, explained everything perfectly, and listened to me . I think that those qualities are so important when dealing with such a sensitive topic. Thank you again I don't think you realise just how much you put my mind at ease and how much it meant. We will definitely be using this company if we need to go forward with treatment

My experience with CREATE Fertility Manchester has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. I expected professionalism, transparency, and genuine care throughout the process, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

From the start, the clinic lacked proper communication. Appointments were often delayed, and updates were not provided unless chased multiple times. I raised several concerns and formal complaints about how I was treated, but none were acknowledged in a meaningful way. Their responses felt generic and dismissive, showing no accountability or empathy for the impact their actions had on me.

The lack of coordinated care and poor customer service deeply affected my trust in their services. Despite following their process, the experience left me feeling unsupported during what is already a vulnerable and emotional journey.

What’s even more frustrating is that I escalated my complaints but still received no resolution. I have now referred the matter to independent bodies like ISCAS and CQC, as I believe no patient should go through such neglect and lack of care.

Poor communication. Lack of interest in patients outcome.
Firstly, they are not very transparent about the fact they use milder drugs so your treatment will yield less eggs. Only once you pay do you receive an email video about this. Prior to this point, the consultation fails to discuss this.
Secondly, after my failed IVF I did not receive a consultation to go over the outcome.
Thirdly, after months of continued infertility I called the clinic asking for more tests to be done and was offered a blood test. It showed I had elevated thyroid function, beyond the normal range for a women to conceive. The thyroid association recommends any women trying to conceive to have their TSH level tested. This test was never offered to me even though it can have significant impact on a women’s fertility, rate of miscarriage or pregnancy complications. As fertility specialists they would have been aware of this but out of negligence never offered or even mentioned this test.
Finally, once more test were done to investigate my thyroid, my follow up call (which I had already waited a week for) was cancelled an hour before the appointment. As another appointment was not scheduled until three days later I asked for my blood tests results to be emailed over, which they refused. Seeing as I spent £210 on them and they are my blood tests results I expect more.

All of the staff are really really friendly and professional at the branch I go to.

After a failed cycle at a different clinic we tried private treatment through Create and had a really positive experience throughout. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome straight away, yet all very professional and informative. The treatment itself felt very tailored to our specific needs, with regular testing and scanning rather than sticking to a rigid plan, which was our previous experience. We are very grateful to everyone at Create, who have treated us through to pregnancy at the first attempt.

The experience from start to finish was one we will remember for our life time. The team here made a difficult process to undertake feel special and exciting all at once. Every one of the team have an unforgettable and warm energy. They support you at each step. We undertook shared motherhood and have been successful on our first transfer.
