Staffs and doctors are extremely friendly and are accommodating as well.
Reassurance was done, place is conducive and well-maintained.

Amazing service, nurses are so nice, everyone you meet in person is brilliant, professional explains very well and is so attentive. Only 1 reason why I did not put the maximum stars ... the admin, a bit slow to respond and not always accurate when it comes to making sure things happen on track and on time, Patient need to keep on top of it and can't fully rely on patient coordinato, May be due to the fact that they are over worked.

I am currently going through mild IVF with a sperm doner. So i am on my own going through this experience but i can honestly say that all of the staff are amazing and i never feel alone. From the reception to the nurses to the consultants. The patient coordinators, the support line team. Everyone who works there. All of them are so friendly, welcoming, informative and calming!
The IVF egg collection was uncomfortable but painless (for myself) and i have been really well look after. I was very nervous but they have put me at great ease.

The doctors and nurses are very gentle and caring. They encouraged positivity while being realistic. They also explained the details of the process. The 24/7 emergency contact number was given. I really hope that treatment was successful and in 2 weeks I'll get confirmation that I'm pregnant.

From the very first day, the whole team made us feel comfortable. The time the took to guide us through the process, attentive,patient,efficient. This journey can be quite apprehensive, but thanks to Rita, doctor Peychinova and all the nurses, the atmosphere they created for us made us relaxed. Special thanks to Rita who has been an angel. We are now expecting and with God's grace our little one will be here in October.

My treatment plan was tailored exactly to my needs and to my own surprise very accurately anticipated the very first time.
Although, you don't see the exact same consultant every time - they were always very well informed and dedicated to provide the best possible care.
I would also like to mention the kind and caring nurses that made the whole process so much easier and human. Especially Debbie was so lovely. She held my hand during transfer and gave me a hug whenever I needed one. This made such a difference and I will never forget that.

At Create Wimbledon you don't feel like "a number", instead you can feel how much they wish you to succeed in having your miracle baby come true - on a personal level, too.
The embryologists are very professional and they do an extraordinary job, as well. They kept me updated on our embryos and always answered all the questions I had.

The clinical lead at Create Wimbledon is very on top of his work. He asked me regurarly if everything was fine or if I had any feedback. He wants his team to do outstanding work and all patients to be happy with the care they receive.

We were very lucky to fall pregnant in our first round and I am convinced it was due to real team work and because I felt seen and held throughout.

Thank you, Create Wimbledon! We can't wait to welcome our Baby girl soon.

Ps: the only negative bit is the waiting time on the phone because the lines tend to be very busy. It can be stressful, but I can reassure you that once your treatment has started you are made a priority and everything runs smoothly.

The staff here are so polite, helpful and professional. They make you feel at ease and take good care of you.

Our experience with Create Fertility has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are friendly, caring and supportive throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in great detail - it is information overload which can be overwhelming, but everyone is happy to answer any questions, and break everything down so you can understand the process and what is expected at every milestone. Particular thanks to Dr Rostom who's enthusiasm made our journey all the more fun and exciting, gave us confidence and put our minds at ease!
