CREATE Fertility - Wimbledon Reviews 

I am delighted to share my positive experience with Create Fertility. My regular scans are with the fabulous team in Oxford but I am so pleased that I chose Create Fertility at Wimbledon for my egg collection.
It can be rather stressful and overwhelming with the natural modified cycle so always be prepared.
Dr. Rostom and his team that did my egg collection has been absolutely amazing, he is reassuring, professional and comforting at the same time.
He even played my song Psalm 23 (I am not alone) during my egg collection and made it even more special for me.
I certainly didn't feel alone as I felt they were with me every step of the way. Special thanks to Dr. Rostom and his team, nurse Izzy who took really great care of me. I look forward to seeing you all in my next cycle. God bless.

We are halfway through a 3 cycle package. The staff at Create are friendly, attentive and responsive to our needs. What can be a difficult and confusing process is handled with compassion. You will encounter multiple doctors and nurses but all provide a high standard of care

Very good experience at the Wimbledon Clinic. Helpful and kind staff, from reception, to nurses and doctors.
Little miscommunication regarding the trigger shot time, but quickly resolved

The whole experience was really excellent. I felt constantly listened to, reassured and had guidance throughout. Every part of the process was explained to me in detail and well managed. Create are easy to get hold of if you have questions. Staff always warm, friendly, empathetic and efficient. Occasionally, there was a slight delay in email response, but I think this was due to volume of emails being received. Thank you!

Wow what can in say it was an incredibly beautiful calm and wonderful experience. I can’t thank the team enough for my first IVF experiment. Dr Rostom, Katharine, Debbie, Tom and the anaesthetist all fantastic..They all worked in harmony with friendly faces and they even played music whilst I was going off to sleep. Please do consider this less evasive and healthier option to conventional IVF. Create in Raynes Park are the bomb, even the reception staff are friendly and helpful and my stonographer Tanya was incredible. All our love xxxx

Great doctors and nurses and wonderful care!

Honestly the most amazing team here, from reception to the procedure team and the care is fantastic.

First time at ABC clinic London to have my eggs collected. From the minute myself and partner walked in it was so welcoming .
All the staff were lovely , caring and supportive though out our time there .

Had a great experience at the clinic this morning with the kind of support and patience shown by the staff at ABC Wimbledon. Special mention to Ms. Edyta, Dr Rostom and nurse Ms. Saray.
I would like to say that we have been interacting with Edyta in the Southampton clinic and are completely at ease. We adore her professionalism and care and are very thankful to her in our journey.

Very professional, great patient service, from reception to the doctors to medical team doing transfers. Had successful birth now back for our second (fingers crossed).

I’d like my review to be as fair as possible and reflect pros and cons of treatment at Create Fertility.
I have receive very good patients care, I cannot thank enough Oxford clinic, very professional and caring, all my scans and initial appointments have been person centred. Thank you to my nurse Polly and my patients coordinator Angela.
My 1st cycle IVF has been unsuccessful due to slow developing embryos. Retrieved 3 eggs, 2 fertilised, top grades, however on day 3 both of them only have 3 cells. I have insisted on day 3 transfer, however this has been cancelled as I was told ‘there was no point’. Despite asking twice for day 3 transfer I was refused.
Medical research finds that slow developing embryos still have chance to grow and they are better off in the womb than in the lab, hence why I have made such a decision.
Their clinical procedures are design to protect statistics (success rate) and I felt like giving my embryos a chance wasn’t as much important as ensuring a good clinical success rate.
You would have thought that individual approach to each patient going through fertility treatment is their top priority.
Sadly, is not.

Raynes Park egg collection we were made to feel very comfortable and a relaxed atmosphere. Doctors were positive and chirpy. Lots of information given to us.

A waste of time for women over 40. The website is misleading females into thinking they can help women above 40 to use their own eggs. The fact is they don’t want to help women reach their goals. They were racist towards me and discriminating, and wasted my time. They started to give me IUI instead of IVF which I reluctantly agreed. When that didn’t work the doctor said it was because of my age !!!! Are they allowed to say that to their patients !!!! They are supposed to help women in their 40s not degrade them. Here she was degrading me because I am in my 40s. I couldn’t believe I was hearing her say this to me. As it is IUI is not recommended to women above 40 . Create Fertility is a scam . Don’t believe the website where they say they help women above 40 to use their own eggs. It is a sham. They don’t help at all, women above 40 are better off going abroad to get professional advice. I was told by an IVF clinic abroad that they shouldn’t have given me IUI especially in my age and that I should of had IVF . They don’t know what they are doing .

Anyone considering fertility treatment go with Create!

Staffs and doctors are extremely friendly and are accommodating as well.
Reassurance was done, place is conducive and well-maintained.
Excellent service overall.
