Never got a receipt, no tracking, nothing has ever been sent and no reply when contacted.

I purchased a snowman electrical for my garden for Christmas, Set it up as per instructions two days later the pole snapped and now I can’t use it paid a lot of money for it as well. In addition to that I have requested a refund for my inflatable Santa due to the strong winds We get it doesn’t stand up. I’ve sent a video I’ve sent emails for refunds still no reply!

Dealing with these people has been a nightmare! Only got half my order and the same apology over and over again. Finally they offered me $15 for my useless $38 item. Lesson learnt. My advice: DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

Bought a USB dock for Mac as I thought I’d save myself $10 …very big mistake
Site is not an Australian site as advertised, it look about two days before it was shipped , site stated 4-7 day delivery period and it’s now been a week and I’m informed that it still hasn’t left China (which is where all this stuff is coming from )

Very misleading and morally wrong , just wish I read the reviews before purchase

As the dock is something I needed this week had to bit the bullet and buy a new one locally as I’m not even sure this will arrive anytime soon , as the tracking seems not to be moving at all

DONT SCAM WARNING!!!!! Company is also known as Mydeal.com.au check out there reviews they got bombed with complaints and bad reviews so now there operating as Mydeal.com.au name you won't get what you ordered of you even get anything and they use amarex currier anyway and there just as much unreliable

Scam!!! Be careful!!! If you want to avoid a headache, stay away from this company!
Besides I never received my purchase, I got charged another $5.5 to re-deliver my item, but it never got delivered

Do not use this " scam " company. Ordered a product, received email that there was a delay, next email stated product on it's way. Never received my order !! Tracking info not Crazy Sales probably another scamming operation.
How do these business get registered and stay registered. Another job for the ACCC

Absolutely disgusting company all round. Ordered a 6m x 2m enclosure for around $300 and waited MONTHS for it to never be delivered, only to contact them and be screwed around for another several months while they refused to refund me, show me the photo of where the item was "apparently" delivered as I know it wasn't my house, as well as getting the ACCC and Fair Trading Queensland involved to even get a refund. They claimed to have sent out a replacement which also conveniently never arrived and I never heard anything more about them.
I don't recommend them at all, you'll just be screwed over.

What a terrible so called company they lie as out every thing , told me my goods would be here In 3 days well it’s into second week after I was told 3 days . I purchase a Hot water Urn for my mother and unfortunately the plug was unsuitable for her granny flat, I refunded it under their “change of mind policy” but was not refunded the full price, short changing me $21.97….buyer beware not a good company to deal with

Purchased an item 2 week’s ago, was under the impression was in Australia but apparently coming from China! Tracking number not recognised and the link they sent to Track 17 still no valid tracking number.. calls and emails and same thing.. it’s in transit! BS! Wish I had of read reviews before I ordered. Crap company and if not here by apparently 16th then I can question them again

Not certain about their products but Customer Service does not exist - they invite questions on products before purchase but several e mail request on the "External Universal CD car player using USB" has brought a NIL response. They have lost another customer.

CONTACTED CRAZY SALES AS COULDNT FIND A MAINTENANCE AGENT FOR HOMOSA IN BRISBANE... WAS EVEN WILLING TO PAY FOR A SERVICE TECH OR TAKE THE CHAIR TO THEM FOR SERVICING..
AFTER 12 EMAILS BACK AND FORWARDS, CRAZY SALES ONLINE SERVICE AGENT FINALLY ADMITTED THAT THERE ARE NONE, THEREFORE PEOPLE THERE IS NO SERVICE AGENT THEREFORE NO WARRANTY! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've got the real feeling of SCAM

Hunter Express delivery driver's van (plate no 843 2VJ) was so heavily loaded it bottomed out and damaged our driveway. We ordered a flat-pack TV stand. Before ordering we contacted the site and had a live chat in which we asked one question to decide if we should buy it. The CrazySales chatter lied but we didn't figure that out until the package arrived. Instructions were vague in some places and it took us several hours to put the stand together. During the process we discovered some of the holes were drilled in the wrong places and we had to make several tricky modifications. The supplied screwdriver did not fit the screws. The boards did not join up properly. The two drawers are mis-aligned and wobbly. The worst thing is that two of the front panels have big obvious scratches. We noticed this as we were unpacking the box but did not want the time and expense of packing the stand and shipping it back. Altogether an awful experience and we won't ever buy from CrazySales again.

Bought a leather chair on 31/3/24. Arrived with defects. Staining, small holes. Contacted Crazysales immediately, provided pictures as proof. Requested refund and return chair to company. Customer service has continually ' stonewalled' me. Delay after delay . Offered me $53 to keep it. Then $200. Price was $479. Unfortunately, I read the reviews of this company after I ran into this problem. I will continue to fight for what's fair, including legal action. Will also make it a priority to share this experience on Social media. Hopefully, it will discourage enough people to make Crazysales take notice of their bad business practices and lift their game.

I bought a Sandisk SD card from them, thinking it was the real deal. But when it arrived, it turned out to be a fake.

I reached out to Crazy Sales right away, asking for a refund. But instead of sorting it out quickly, they said it would take 3-5 days to investigate. This isn’t good enough, especially when they’re selling fake stuff.

To make things worse, they advertised this fake SD card as the top item on Google. That’s not just misleading; it’s hurting honest sellers.

I’ve reported Crazy Sales to Consumer Affairs and contacted Sandisk directly about this. Be careful if you’re thinking of buying from Crazy Sales. Always double-check what you’re getting.

In my book, Crazy Sales has lost my trust. Make sure you don’t fall into the same trap.

Ordered a range Hood. They gave it to Global Express to deliver. Global Express do not deliver they drop off at an adress convenient to them They dont inform the location to the purchaser. In my case they dropped of to a petrol station 20 km away. I found out when a worker there told me. I paid for delivery to my address. I contacted Global Express and on their web said the product had been picked up and returned to sender. No voice contact.Crazy Sales have now been contacted over 10 times and the general response has been a mirror (ie They'll look into it).Now in its 7th week of no product no refund.
Global Express CEO is the ex CEO of Australia post, she of the Gold Watch saga. That company is a total disgrace, attitude, service, response, reliability.
