No delivery, unable to contact them
Ordered some speed boats for my sons for Xmas on 6/12/24. Received notification on 7/12/24 that it has been shipped. Now 23/12/24 and nothing has arrived. Checked the tracking number that they gave me. It says that the sender has created a shipping label but the courier aramex has not yet received the parcel.
Tried to call but number is disconnected. Tried to log an enquiry through the webpage form but it won’t let me submit it as says my order ID is invalid.

Update: kept trying the number and finally got through. Was on hold for a while then got to speak to someone who was helpful. The parcel is still overseas so hasn’t yet been received by the local courier, hence the message on their tracking. She directed me to a website sendfromchina.com where I could search using the same tracking number and it shows its progress overseas.
She said original eta was 4-12 business days but due to Christmas there have been delays. The new eta is 31st December. I asked about compensation and she offered a $10 credit to my PayPal account. She advised that this will be processed after my order is received.

Ordered a dance mat for my young cousins for Christmas, tracking number didn’t work and haven’t received the item! What an absolute scam

Bought a pottery wheel about a week ago. Although my order disappeared from my account profile, the staff confirmed that the order was being processed and arrived very quickly within 5 days. Very good quality! A lot of bad reviews on this site - I cannot say my experience was the same.

Email sent day after order saying it was sent
I contacted the courier, was told their shipping number given to me didn’t exist.
Tried emailing, no response.
Tried calling. Waited 2hrs to speak to someone. Eventually got someone, they put me on hold to check a problem. Waited another hour then line went dead!
They are scammers+++. Never purchase anything from them. They should be stripped of their business!

My product did not arrive, there has been only 1 email after purchase and it was to confirm payment. When I went to tracking it couldn't give me information. Then when I went to another very small link on the page it said Oh No we are sorry Item is unavailable check out similar items. What a scam! Why would it say available when making the purchase. My daughter now has no Christmas gift. I have sent an email to recover my payment. Glad I used PayPal.

Bought an item online end of November
Processed the money very quickly, tried to contact them when item hadn't arrived mid December but no reply. Thought they were a scam, but item arrived today 2nd January.

BUYERS BEWARE!! ABSOLUTE SCAM
$300 down the drain.. tracking number is fake, product is not even in Australia and no signs of if it will ever arrive. They have disconnected the phone, they are not responding to emails and today they disabled the live chat too. I’ve lodged a complaint with ACCC. Looking at past reviews online and they have been doing this for years. These people need to be shut down immediately. Xmas ruined for my son this year.

Do not trust this website!! It is a dodgy scam and all they want are your contact details to sell to other scammers.
I was looking at a product the other day on this website. I put in my email address so that I could proceed to find out how much and how ling shipping would take. In the end, I decided not to buy the product.
However, I then got an email saying "thank you for your purchase". I can't tell you how much this upset me. I thought Crazy Sales had stolen my payment information and charged my card without permission.
What had actually happened was that they had created an account for me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and then sent me an email telling me that my order was "pending", even though they made it sound like I'd purchased the product.
I emailed them to IMMEDIATELY DELETE MY ACCOUNT and they gave not done so yet.
Extremely dissappointed. Will never purchase anything from this dodgy website. Do not recommend.

Scammer alert!!!!!!! Don't trust this page!! Thank goodness I only ordered one product to test it's reliability, lo and behold, it is not!!!!!!! I don't know how the people running this company is able to sleep at night! Karma will come for you one way or another!

Do not trust or use! Absolute scam. Paid but item never sent. Tracking info leads to nowhere.

Complete scam. No merit whatsoever and I will be reporting everywhere I can. Still have not received my items that had an ETA of November 27, which are advent calendars that were needed for December 1. No customer service help, just rubbish excuses.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered their mini whipper snipper. My cat holding scissors could cut better and faster. Still waiting for my refund

I would not even award them one star. I ordered, they took the money, gave me a bogus tracking number...(I checked with Auspost, and according to them it was not shipped by them.) Whenever I contact Crazy Sales they have this delay tactics,,,It has been shipped but due to Auspost and Christmas rush there are delays.

Never got a receipt, no tracking, nothing has ever been sent and no reply when contacted.

I purchased a snowman electrical for my garden for Christmas, Set it up as per instructions two days later the pole snapped and now I can’t use it paid a lot of money for it as well. In addition to that I have requested a refund for my inflatable Santa due to the strong winds We get it doesn’t stand up. I’ve sent a video I’ve sent emails for refunds still no reply!

Dealing with these people has been a nightmare! Only got half my order and the same apology over and over again. Finally they offered me $15 for my useless $38 item. Lesson learnt. My advice: DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

Bought a USB dock for Mac as I thought I’d save myself $10 …very big mistake
Site is not an Australian site as advertised, it look about two days before it was shipped , site stated 4-7 day delivery period and it’s now been a week and I’m informed that it still hasn’t left China (which is where all this stuff is coming from )

Very misleading and morally wrong , just wish I read the reviews before purchase

As the dock is something I needed this week had to bit the bullet and buy a new one locally as I’m not even sure this will arrive anytime soon , as the tracking seems not to be moving at all

DONT SCAM WARNING!!!!! Company is also known as Mydeal.com.au check out there reviews they got bombed with complaints and bad reviews so now there operating as Mydeal.com.au name you won't get what you ordered of you even get anything and they use amarex currier anyway and there just as much unreliable
