For the first time used Craggs Energy to service my oil boiler. Neil was quick, efficient and explained everything as he went along. Left everything clean and tidy. Excellent service.

Just had a visit from your technician Neil Spencer to service our church boiler. He did an excellent job (he usually does!) Neil explains the problems if found, in layman’s terms, making my job much easier to explain to others later.

Matthew Gledhill is always positive and friendly, helping me out on many occasions when things have needed to be delivered sooner than expected.
