Craggs always try to accomodate our needs whenever possible, especially if I've run out of fuel.
Delivery is easy. We juat tell the driver what split we want into the tanks and he does the rest without affecting production.

Craggs have supplied us with oil for many years. Although not always the cheapest they have delivered to us under difficult winter conditions which is worth a lot to us. Alana (our account manager) and Rob (todays driver) are definitely 5⭐️

Our delivery arrived when it was due. Rob was the driver, and he was polite, efficient and given our slightly difficult access, capable.

Jack the driver turned up pronto during a heatwave and instantly was on my wave-length when I said, "glad you turned up dead on time, it's freezing without heating" I like a sense of humour - nice fella.

I ordered 1000 litres heating oil from Craggs the day after Trump started his Iranian (mis)adventure, with a delivery date anything up to 12 days later.
As the days went by, media reports said heating oil prices had doubled leading many heating oil suppliers to limit existing orders to 500 litres, with larger orders refunded. Some suppliers were cancelling orders altogether, forcing customers to reorder at a higher price.
As the delivery date approached I was concerned that the above issues could affect me. I need not have worried; Craggs delivered the 1000 litres I ordered, on time, and at the price originally agreed.
So I highly recommend Craggs as an ethical and honourable company, which can be trusted to deliver as promised.

As ever, good service from Craggs Energy today. My oil was delivered by polite and friendly tanker driver. I really appreciate the alerts I get on the evening before a delivery and just before they are about to arrive with my order.

It’s no wonder local people despise this company they are absolute crooks who take advantage of people!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Delivery is never ever on time even if they say it is going to be delivered and then again the next day. It doesn’t arrive. This has been going on for over 30 years. We are at a loss as what to do and who else we can use to supply our oil on a small tanker. We always pay on time but this company really needs to look at how they treat their customers.
