Hi Rachael,

I’m really sorry to hear you feel this way. I’ve checked the tracking for your order and Royal Mail are showing the parcel as delivered on 09/05/2026, including a proof of delivery photo which appears to show the parcel being posted through the letterbox at the delivery address.

Please could you check around the property and with anybody else in the household just in case it has been moved after delivery. If you’re still unable to locate it, please send me a message directly and I’ll do my best to help further.
