Quick deliver and excellent communications

My wife ordered an incense burner from this company, she contacted them after a week as no item and no tracking number. No reply, contacted again couple of days later no reply. 3rd email, she just explained that as she’s had no item, no tracking number and no reply she felt it was a scam. To which they replied saying she had baseless information for calling them a scam but still provided no update of when the item would arrive or a tracking number. Contacted the bank and they said a lot of people have had the same and they also believe the website is a scam and the bank got her money back!

I placed an order more than a month ago on 19th Feb 2026 and payment left my account 3 days later. I still have not received the goods, or any email saying when they might come. It may be that the mirror effect piant is no longer available for instance,
I emailed via the website 2 weeks ago and have had no reply. I will email again today but I will next be going to my bank to see if they can help.

Didn't receive the item ordered. Emailed and used their contact form numerous times asking for a replacement - no reply. There's no contact phone number available. Had to go through my bank to receive refund.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company and everything I wanted was in stock with very good prices. My only slight issue was that all my decoupage pages came in one bag so I'll have to seperate them myself which really is a small issue especially as the prices were cheaper than any other company I looked at. Will order from them again.

I've been a customer of this company ever since I started crafting a long time ago and they always give an amazing service. When I placed my order last Monday and asked them if they could send it asap as I needed it to make my Christmas gifts they put it at the top of the list and sent it out to me the next day with a little gift in the package.

I want to say a big thank you to them.

Please do not use this company. They have 2 related websites (attached). I placed an order 6th September. After a month nothing so managed to get contact. They reissued. Half order was missing. Almost 3 months later the nightmare continues. Extremely poor customer service. Slandering the company of the ink pads I ordered. I could go on & on.. Now they've deleted my account & no contact nor a refund. Thank you to Anne-Marie from Hunkydory for finding me the ink pads. So 2 fingers up to CraftingUK ur company is pathetic as is the lies that comes from ur Customer Service... Now received an email signed from Andrew Davies MD informing me my account has been deleted & still no refund. I contacted Hunkydory direct & they have been amazing as always.

Think this site is a scam. My mum placed an order on this website on 23rd August and has heard absolutely nothing since—it's been over 7 weeks now. She's sent three chat messages and filled out three 'contact us' forms (the only way to reach them), but hasn't received a single reply. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and we have no idea whether the product will ever arrive. Extremely frustrating experience, and I would advise anyone to avoid this site if you’re looking for reliable service.

My go-to place for everything I need and run by a little family who actually care about their customers. They are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

They are the cheapest place and give really great discounts too and all my orders come with amazing free gifts so I buy from them all the time!
