BIG DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE PRODUCT AND EVEN BIGGER WITH THE MONEY BACK
The ordering process and delivery were good and fast, but the product was a total disappointment. Although I had read the reviews on the company's website before, it seems that none of them were real. Namely, the cutting boards were not made of titanium but of stainless steel. There was even a trace of a fingernail on them, not to mention the knives, but only now the problem with the refund begins. I sent the goods properly and paid for the delivery, but to this day I have not received a refund. Customer service responds almost immediately but no use from it. You cannot contact accounting directly to get a refund. The whole "saga" began on 02.01.2026 and to this day 07.04.2026, my money has not been returned without any explanation. I also note that the website said: "Buy with confidence: No risk!
If you are not satisfied with the product, we offer you the option of a refund within 60 days. Send the package back and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked." which is an absolute lie, because I haven't received a refund in 3 months and when I returned the goods they asked for a lot of clarification. I hope someone else will read this negative review of mine and avoid a bad product and store.
