Great experience

Great experience! I received the Roma sandals in France within a week. The quality is good and the size fits perfectly. Customer service is responsive and efficient. I’ll definitely recommend your site :)

Oh dear I smell scam.....

Oh dear, I've just read reviews for this company.
When I ordered my boots online they were from a company called Modaio London. Then when I received my order 16 days later and saw the hideous cheap, obnoxious smelling items they had sent instead of the ones I'd ordered, I checked my receipt on which the company name had now been changed to Nuvani Milano. I've emailed them two days ago and nothing so far. Now I see they have become Nuovo Milano.
There is also a company called Maison Mary London, which I fear may be associated with the above companies. They are selling identical boots to the ones I ordered,but the name of the style has one word difference. Says they Family run UK based company since 2003, but you have to send returns back to their suppliers in Asia and not to them London. They claim to have 10000 satisfied customers on the link on their facebook page, but only one person likes all of their 4 photos on their Facebook page......Returns to their supplier in Asia, albeit the contract when a customer purchases something from them, is with them and not their suppliers.... The return address on the package I received is in the UK, but with about 20 other companies registered to the same address. The legals in the Ts &Cs are "construed from laws in the Netherlands" Lol. I've never used the "F" word so many times in such a short space of the day. Read the small print people and if it's taking more than 5 days to arrive it's possibly from China. And if you see the same items popping up in different links it's possibly from China and a scam....

Be very careful

Be very careful! The worst experience ever. Forget about your refund although you sent them your order back. This is not going to happen and therefore I will use all my power to close this scam shop according to EU law. Btw they are not nuovomilano.com anymore but nuovomilano.shop

Shocking company

Shocking company, impossible to return anything - even when you explain why you are returning you get the same email back asking why you're returning and now I'm passed the 14 day return window. Sizings are way off too. Avoid, it's a scam

Bad quality product. And you need to send a mail to get a return adress and if you want to refund it, they ask why. What is the reason. Please just give me the information how to get my money back …..

They will make your shopping experience hell!

Absolute joke!

Some newbie who doesn’t know the basics of running a business - go YouTube something and learn before you sell such low quality products and not only that but your communication is bloody shocking. Wasted my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE HELL!

After 6 legit emails requesting a refund was I then emailed to say that the return fee cost more than the product itself 😂 like what the hell. No response for an entire 2 weeks. Delivery was same - took 3 weeks or so to deliver and no communication on order updates.

Do not use!! Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered men’s sliders which took 2 weeks to be delivered (website said 5-7 days). Follow the instructions as per website as I need to exchange them for a bigger size, no response to email after 7 days, to then be told to stop emailing my case falls to the back of the queue. Dont waste your time or money, my dogs could run a better business!

DONT WASTE YOU MONEY.

DONT WASTE YOU MONEY. Dispute multiple emails I sent requesting an update on my order as its been two weeks since I purchased there isn't any response yet. I asked for refund and also no response. Don't buy from this website.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes totaling $110…

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes totaling $110 and my account has been debited $110 TWICE! I have sent 2 emails asking them to refund one payment but I still haven’t heard back from them. Very disappointing.

Update : It’s been fixed and now I’ve only paid the required amount of $110- . Can’t wait to receive my shoes which are on their way ☺️

Absolutely a fraud.

Absolutely a fraud.
I have purchased a pair of sandals, I paid for them (of course), and since 11 Jun, I have received nothing.
At the track, my order section shows "These items have not yet shipped." Also, when I sent an email asking for my order, no one has replied.

Disappointed

Thieves

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I had to cancel the 2 orders since delivery was takimg long.I asked for a refund and only a refund of 1 order was issued.Chloe Martin sent me an email and said they will issue another refund for order 2887 and up to now am still waiting.This is not right,I work hard for my money and I want my money back please
