Knowledgeable and highly professional
I was very sceptical having lost my pension pot however Steve and his team have been incredibly professional keeping us regularly updated. They have been persistent and robust and never gave up. We were delighted to finally receive the compensation.

Very helpful and informative.
The communication from the company was really good. The whole process did take a long time to complete and all the way through it they kept me up to date even if nothing had really changed. Very happy with how they dealt with my claim.
