Successfully completed our fscs claimed and compensation paid within a couple of days of the confirmation. Steve took care of most of it and communicated when necessary for additional info and helped you through any questions. After a couple of other companies had left me hanging, these guys got it done - just need patience as it took18+months.

A very easy company to deal with and i felt they always gave honest answers up front.
If any 'complaint' -it would be that i needed to keep getting in touch. But whether it was because i kept 'pestering' you or not you did keep in touch quite well. At least i was always able to get in touch and speak to a 'human)!! There are companies and organisations out there that after waiting an hour or more you just might get to speak to a human and then they give you another number to phone!!
