Took me a week to be able to buy item…
Took me a week to be able to buy item as it was shown as in stock in store, however when I tried to checkout it would say sold out. A few messages back and forth, I finally was able to purchase what I badly needed for my machine. I tried buying from local store but was told to go on line and buy it myself as they don’t stock replacement parts 🙄🤨

Good service but a more literal photo of item and description is needed.
Service and delivery was good. I thought I was buying what looked like a mask insert from the picture displayed but it was actually a stretch band which fits around the rim of mask.. it works ok but expensive for what it is and I would have liked a better description and picture so I know what is arriving.

Philips Amara face mask. To be fair the review doesn't relate to…
To be fair the review doesn't relate to CPAP VIC as I have always experienced the highest level of assistance and support from the girls who are just the best. My review relates to the mask and partially my fault. My F & P Evora mask wore out, namely the straps. It was a superior mask and design, having purchased at least 8 other variations. I purchased the Philips Amara in error. The Evora was so old any branding had worn away, I thought the Amara was it. Worst mask have ever tried. I purchased it Sept 2025 while still life in the old mast. A month ago the Evora had to be retired and commenced using the Amara. Great mask if you want the head strap to rub a bald spot on your head and leak air like a split pool toy. Tightened the straps, loosened the straps, no difference, yesterday I disposed of the piece of worthless so and so. Not just a waste of money but will need to wait for another F & P Evora to arrive, once ZI order it. Not happy with the Philips product by a long way.
