Disappointed with the inflexible…
Disappointed with the inflexible pricing policies here. I came in looking to buy a ResMed AirFit N30i mask and requested a price match for an identical, in-stock option advertised by an Australian competitor for $154. Management completely refused to match the price. While the physical storefront is fine, their 'Price Match' marketing is highly misleading for local walk-in patients who need essential sleep equipment. Instead, I drove a short distance to another local retailer who happily price-matched the mask with zero hassle. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on to retailers who actually honour competitive pricing, where this was achieved at a bricks and mortar store not even 20 minutes away, and further disappointment is that your store has always matched competitive prices so I thought this should be known as the person at your store didn't even see the other price , it was instantly refused without seeing it. Even thought it had been accepted before.

My online purchase error refunded by CPAP Victoria
I mistakenly purchased online a 6-pack of HumidX for the incorrect Resmed CPAP machine. I only realised when the package arrived (in just 2 days) and I opened the first sachet. CPAP Victoria agreed to refund the equivalent of 5 individual sachets, and they did that within a few days of the return package getting to them. Great service by Ruby. Thank you
