A very good product
The product is excellent. It is well made and simple to assemble, along with being configurable to our room. If I could put a portional star, then the product is a 4.9 . I found that the vacuum sealed ottoman cushion never fully expanded to the size of all the other cushions. I checked on the website and do not see the ability to purchase a replacement for this (and I never called customer service either); let alone purchase a replacement for any of the other ones when their time comes.

Absolutely the most comfy and cozy couch I've ever owned! I highly recommend!! Worth every penny! Comes apart easily and goes together fairly easy as well! The colours are beautiful I have the dark blue and LOVE it!!

The sofa bed set is of great quality. I always wanted a ferm cushioned sofa. I only gave it 4 stars because the metals joints were not in the correct order. I had to take them apart and reinstall them before I could attach the bases together.

I rate 4 stars for customer service. The few times I had to speak with someone, It has been a very good experience dealing with (non-automated but real live) customer care. Kind and efficient is what I value most and this is what I got.

We researched several companies and stores before we purchased. We are more than pleased with our Cozey sectional! The delivery was seamless, the set up very easy, it’s very comfortable and looks really great in our space! Thank you for making a great product.
Worst customer service ever!!
If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.
We decided to travel over two hours one way to attend the Cozey store in Vancouver. We felt this would be the best way to ensure our ordering process would be completed without issue.
Big Mistake.
At the store we found the sales agent to be unfamiliar with their product and the technology they use to make in store orders. Luckily a manager stepped in at one point because the sales agent confirmed with us that the plateau was one longer piece similar to a chaise but the manager stepped in to advise it was just two pieces put together to make a longer side.
We went through the order and specific items we wanted a number of times to make sure the order was correct. This including showing images of what we wanted, using the models in store and pointing out a similar set up in store.
Immediately prior to the sales rep making the order we noticed the image on her tablet was not consistent with what we were ordering so we challenged her again saying that it did not look consistent. The sales agent told us the image does not change based on your order it’s always the same image and not to worry the items we wanted were ordered and it was correct.
We excitedly waited 10 days to receive our items. They were shipped by canpar in three separate shipments over three separate days. The lady in store warned us that if we were unlucky to get canpar as the shipper it wouldn’t arrive in one shipment as they are the worst of their shipping partners.
Once we did receive our items we were excited to get it put together and start enjoying. We got about 3/4 of the way through set up and realized they forgot to send us a corner piece to finish the U set up.
After doing some research on the order it became clear that the customer service rep had screwed up and not put that piece on the order even though we went over it multiple times. Showed her online what we wanted and reconfirmed prior to the order that she had put it in correct she had not. The approximate 5 hour return trip to the store proved to be a complete waste of time and we were left with an incomplete product.
We attempted to get help through the cozey chat system as it kept pushing us there and after approximately three hours of waiting for responses, explaining the issue, sending pictures it said we will check the order to see if any pieces were missed so another huge waste of our time. After spending the night setting the couch up and an additional 3 hours attempting to resolve the issue we were completely frustrated and decided to call in the next day.
We called the customer service line and explained everything above and they offered to help us purchase the missing part and minimized the errors cozey had made offering us minimal compensation for the errors. The agent said that as they cannot speak to the Vancouver store they can not verify the errors. I asked her if I should drive back to Vancouver then and she said no because the store would probably just call them to get it fixed as well. The only way to confirm the errors would be through a supervisor.
I asked the agent on the phone if I could speak to a supervisor. The phone agent advised me that there are no supervisors available. She then advised that she even tried to get a supervisor to understand all the errors but the minimal compensation was all that she could provide.
I then asked her why there was a supervisor available just not to talk to customers? She said that she is able to send them messages but at times they don’t get back to her for over 15 mins….? She advised there is nothing further she could do but put in a request for a supervisor to call us back. I challenged the supervisor comment by asking if it was appropriate that we have waited over ten days to get the couch, cozey got it wrong and they have no supervisors to get this corrected asap so the customer no has to wait longer to get resolution. She apologized and said there are no other options.
The phone operator guaranteed me that a supervisor will get back to me within 24 hours but may even get back to me prior to the 24 hours. I asked her who I call if no one gets back to me. She said to call in to the same number.
We waited over 24 hours and no call back. We called in and spoke to another agent who said that someone definitely should have called back in 24 hours and he is going to elevate the call so we get a call back. I again asked if we don’t get a call back in 48 hours what do we do. He said to just call back. We are now 1 hour away from 48 hours and no phone calls back, no emails nothing.
This has to be the worst customer service I have received on the purchase of a new item..
Does anyone out there know how a cozey customer can get what they ordered from Cozey? How to get in touch with someone that cares about their customers?? If so please provide feedback…. Very disapointed!!!

Visited a showroom in Vancouver - made the decision to purchase that much easier! Great help from staff on site. Already looked at buying a couch online but really being able to see all of its features/add-ons in person made it much easier to pull the trigger.
Delivery was faster than expected, and other than breaking down the cardboard boxes, I actually enjoyed the smaller boxes. This has given me an idea to get another couch for my basement that has a very narrow access door.
Assembly was extremely easy. No damage to the product on arrival.
