Ordered from these guys before never had any problems. Always super fast shipment and delivery! Good long date on tests so they last through the fu/covid months.

I have just checked your tracking and Royal Mail says that the parcel was refused, and its being sent back to us.

Please look at your tracking info that would have been emailed you when we sent it out.
