Great service
Great service. Was easy and simple using the website and providing details of the excess I needed to claim. They asked a few extra questions to confirm things and then sent me an email saying it had been accepted, which I expected it too, as this is why I took out the insurance. Will be using them again on my next holiday, and hopefully next time wont need to make any claims. One improvement would be a way to message direct inside the claim rather than having to use the main website contact form, as I had to explain something but there was no way to do it, other than that contact form. Anyway thanks for the great service overall.

Short term excess insurance for car hire in Italy
Reasonable premium for excess insurance cover for a few days' car hire in Italy.
Excellent service in managing and paying a claim arising during the hire period.

Great Service
Great Service! - unfortunately we had to make a claim against our Cover4Rentals for the first time recently after a trip to Greece and we all know that the true measure of an insurance company is the claims and payment process. The process of entering the details online was pretty simple and C4C advised me that it would be reviewed within 30 days - but they actually did it and made payment inside 2 weeks. Great service thank you!

Had a bit if trouble uploading card statement was not asked for it on during process. I know I am not tech savvy but could have been a bit clearer. Other than that very good service via email and I got there in the end would definitely recommend this company and gave done so already. Many thanks.
