Excellent customer service and fair claims handling
I recently made a claim with Cover4Rentals following damage to a rental car. Initially, my claim was declined because the rental company appeared to fall under one of the policy exclusions.
After reviewing my rental documents, I realised that the situation was more complex. I contacted the claims team and provided additional evidence, including my booking voucher, rental agreement and payment documents. My claim was reopened and reviewed again.
I was particularly impressed that the claims team looked at the evidence carefully instead of simply relying on the initial decision. They requested additional documents where necessary, arranged an identity verification, and kept me informed throughout the process.
In the end, my claim was approved and paid in full. The entire process was professional, transparent and fair.
A special thank you to Mandeep, who handled my case with professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. Her willingness to review the evidence objectively made a real difference.
Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use Cover4Rentals again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable excess insurance for rental cars.

Sent email confirmation to them not to renew after being unable to access my renewal online or register via an account portal. The auto renewal took place and my card was charged

'Which UK' magazine recommended and I can see why.

Quick efficient and excellent service
Having been very upset by Goldcar finding a tiny scratch on my hire car in Menorca and sending me a bill of £191 I was not hopeful of getting my claim settled.
How wrong I was, yes the on line form takes a while to fill out and some documents not easy to download, but I managed this and sent the form off.
4 working days later a request was made for a document I had sent wrong, I sent this off and the next email I received that day said the claim had been settled in full.
Fantastic and quick. I would highly recommend using Cover4Rentals, my 3rd time and certainly not my last.
