There when I needed it
I have used similar 3rd party insurance companies before and moved to Cover4rentals as they were one of the few that offer European residents protection since I left the UK. Never had to claim before so was a bit nervous when I had to submit a claim for almost €1000. The process was easy, there weren't any unreasonable questions and the money was paid in full and I thought fairly quickly.

Good prices, easy claims, extra diligent
Their coverage was reasonably priced and they paid my claim with no hassle, even when I initially sent an incorrect supporting document. They made it easy to correct my mistake, and even added money to cover a rental company service fee I had accidentally omitted from my claim.

Fast and efficient
After the car damage I submit photos of the damage ,my rental agreement, my reservation and an invoice of the payment to the car rental company. Personnel of car4rentals was fast and efficient. After some clarifications and a detailed statement of my account my claim has been settled and took my money back in 3-4 days
