I dealt with Taff from Covea when I had to submit a claim for damage to the front of my VW Arteon R after hitting a badger.

Taff was fantastic, kind and courteous and took the time to explain every step on the claim process and what would happen next.

An insurance claim can be stressful at the best of times but dealing with Taff it was as pleasant as can be.

So big shout out to Milli, very switched on and very understanding. Not easy to listen to a grumpy highlander, Milli took me through every step and within 30mins car booked in and hire car in progress, RAC you let yourselves down as well as Enterprise, Milli thank you again.

After contacting them all theire information given was incorrect they had me listed for a repair they did not do and excess which was no fault leaving me no alternative but to change company .

Eve was excellent. It's a very stressful time having an accident and making a claim. Eve was helpful and the system was straightforward. Wish I could buy my insurance direct from Covea in future. Well done.

Absolute shambles! Had a flood in my kitchen, passed about for 6 weeks, had mentioned that I had an issue the year before but hadn’t got insurance involved. And because my policy with them started just January this year, was told they couldn’t do anything as I couldn’t prove to them that the incident only just happened this year! Avoid at all costs!! Actually sent photos of the damage to them and was told that in the pictures it looked like the damage had been done long before my flood! So been paying house insurance for 9 years now! Never once had to use it, but now when I need it they flat out refused to help!! Absolute disgrace!!! Would avoid at all costs!!
