Courtlinked provides a gap service that…

Courtlinked provides a gap service that greatly assists small business owners like me when customers fail to make their payments for services provided. Since the fees I earn are small, it is not cost effective to hire an attorney and incur court costs. But Courtlinked provides an affordable service for helping to get customers to pay their fees. I highly recommend Courtlinked when you have difficulty getting payment from a customer to whom you provided service. Great job, Courtlinked!

3rd cases filed as a business claiming and seeking unpaid invoices. I submit my case with full confidence that Courtlinked.com can and will handle the process. Once submitted, I wait for their experts to handle the process and instruct me on the next steps. 2/3 cases have been settled out of court. The draft and professionalism is what encourages the other party to simply make payment. Very powerful tool. Self sufficient and reliable.

Useless, and probably cost me the case

They seemingly took the info that I provided and sent it to the court, then washed their hands of the matter. The next thing I heard was a dismissal letter from the court for failure to issue a summons and move the case forward. I spent extra for their demand letter etc. and I think all I got for my money was an envelope and a stamp!

Correct, the courthouse didn't set a date and time because the summons was never drafted and submitted for issuance. The county clearly states that they charge an extra $7 to draft the summons, which was never paid, and you failed to draft it and submit it for issuance. Thanks for your help today, but this has been hanging for 7 months and I would expect that your "Complete Case Management" would have identified and resolved the problem before I had to step in and manage the case for you! Isn't that what I paid for?

Thank you for your review!

Per our scope of our conversation, your case was professional researched, processed and filed.

As indicated, the courthouse did not set a date at the time of the filing. You received notice and the filed complaint. The courthouse failed to issue the summons and the hearing date in the fees you paid to the court. You have brought this to our attention and this is being resolved.

No demand letter was purchased, just small claims filing and third party serving fees.

Courtlinked.com is working on the reinsurance as discussed. This is a courthouse level issue and delay.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, took along time to get a direct answer never completed my request letter for payment. Cancelled my service without completing it still refuses to refund the 79.95 payment. So nothings been done my request & money still has not been refunded been well over a month. You’d be better off donating your cash to a nonprofit at least someone would benefit rom it then

If this site is not a scam, they do not follow communicated timeframes

I paid, and a demand letter was sent to me to me for approval on 5/8/24. I approved right away and was told "Please check back within 5-6 business days for tracking number."
I asked for an updated as no email or update on their website had been provided. I was then told
"Demand letter and USPS tracking can take 7-10 business days for processing."

It seems this company is either a scam or just gives you arbitrary timelines. I wanted to use a service to save time, so far this is costing more time. I could have done all of this on my own faster

update to Courtlinked.com reply

You are making false claims. Only after I wrote a review here did I receive a tracking number. You may not have control over the delivery, but you do have control over if its actually sent. A tracking number is supplied when a letter is sent, or in a businesses case, its supplied before its sent when printed on premise.

per your email, a tracking number was not supplied until today. I have emails that will prove the tracking number was not supplied until today and was promised 7 or 8 days ago.

Rather than taking responsibility, this company is now choosing to deny their mistakes.

If they are not a scam, they are extremely slow, over promise and under deliver

Thank you for the review. The professional demand letter that was drafted by the paralegal was emailed to you promptly and approved without any issues; along with your small claims lawsuit that is completed/pending filing.

The certified mailing via USPS is included by Courtlinked.com and conducted via USPS - we have no control over the delivery of the demand letter, signatures from your defendant and time frame.

Per our email to you, the tracking number was provided the exact date specified. You are paying professional services and filing a legal proceeding that cannot be rushed or expedited.

Fraud and demeaning/hostile if you complain about anything

I had initially used this service to file for small claims court. They advertised as professionals and said they would do review and even attempt to find addresses of persons. I paid $169 and when they sent my paperwork it had a type. I may have made this initially I am not sure. Either way I replied that if they had professionals reviewing this should have been easily noticed. I guess they get a large amount of complaints and did not hesitate to immediately become hostile in their replies. They talked down to me and still have not made it clear whether they will honor the refund guarantee advertised also. I did not use their paperwork and don't want it. They appear to literally just copy and paste with no actual review and there's no evidence they even attempted any address location when that was also a reasoning for choosing their services. I am more upset by how quickly they turned hostile and how common this is for them at any critique, this is unprofessional to say the least. They talked to me as if I am uneducated and were extremely disrespectful and reactive. I genuinely believe they need more professionalism and to consider how they would feel as a customer being talked to in such a way, or even just a human being. I am educated but I am a mother with a disabled child and disabled veteran husband. I am busy, I needed help and I got hostility the very moment I mentioned being unsatisfied. I am disheartened they'd talk to anyone this way not just as a professional business but as human beings to another. I have also noticed they always reply to bad reviews as hostile and demeaning as well and often threaten legal action. That's not professional or warranted and since you've sent others checks for refunds that have come back for insufficient funds I'd be curious to know what person is actually behind this seemingly suspicious "company." I think I'm going to be doing some digging and social media reaching out. I won't tolerate how I and others have been treated. Accountability needs taken.

Their reply is as expected. They always reply hostile to any negativity and just deny. They literally never take any accountability. Ridiculous.

Courtlinked.com has been conducting this service since 2004 nationwide with over 100K cases filed successfully. We receive daily positive feedback on our professionalism, paperwork processing, fast courteous/professional responses and case outcomes. We do not make any mistakes and if there is a typo it is changed during the case client review process. “Cut and Paste” is applying your questionnaire to a legal complaint that has a 98% approval daily with our clients.

Our firm charges $84.95 to prepare, file and manage the service of small claims case based on the information provided to us by the claimant. Our task is to research the court venue, petitions involved, rule of law in accordance to state laws and UCC Business Protocols – locate statutory of a business.

We do not conduct any individual research for an address. We are not an investigation firm and we do not advertise such service. In fact, on our website clearly states that you need the address of your defendant.

The information provided by Mrs. Tabitha Thomas was used to research the venue, draft the complaint in accordance to State Laws, and submit for client review, obtain signature, file the case and forward to a third-party licensed serving management.

On February 8, 2024 (10:27AM), Mrs. Tabitha Thomas, received the petitions, did not indicate any changes to be made and questioned us if she can email back the signed petitions. Our courteous paralegal replied in under a minute of email receipt that originals are needed. Soon after, we received a chargeback notice with an email insulting our services.

We will NOT tolerate any insults, rude comments or meritless demands and we are not your defendants. We are here to help you. Mrs. Tabitha Thomas could have asked for a cancellation in more courteous manner. Our paralegals are very professional, here to assist and we will NOT BE TREATED otherwise. We charge $84.95 which does NOT do justice. Our prices are low to assist individuals and business recover monetary justice using small claims court.

Client that do not want to proceed contact us in courteous manner ask for a dismissal, cancellation and a refund - depending on the stage of the case.

Mr. Tabitha Thomas has filed a (pending) chargeback preventing us from issuing a full refund regardless of work done.

Courtlinked.com does not ask for the publication of positive reviews received daily and we respond to every email and online opinions.

Mr. Tabitha Thomas never completed the service entirely to express a real review unfortunately.

Five out of Five Stars for CourtLinked.com

Five out of Five Stars for CourtLinked.com. For a very low fee they wrote a demand letter to the defendants and it was delivered by the sheriff. It doesn't get any better. A real attorney wants $5000 for a demand letter - I wrote my own for about $70 and it was delivered by the sheriff. They also filed my small claims case in Special Civil and it was accepted. I did get my money back so the case didn't go all the way and they retrieved the case for me. Very courteous and informative to deal with. They only use email these days. Nice to deal with. It is a self help kind of set up. This company was a life saver for me.

You'll only end up wanting to take THEM…

You'll only end up wanting to take THEM to small claims.
On 3/24/23 I payed this business $164.90 to write and send a demand letter, as well as file a small claims case for me.
Their website makes several promises, including that the demand letter is sent before filing a claim, in an effort to settle the dispute without going to court, as well as showing good faith if it does end up going to court.
They also promise to do all the legal work, inuding finding the right court house, filing the claim, servicing the defendant AND providing proof of service to the court. Their site claims that they do all the legal work and you "simply have to show up for trial."
Their site promises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back.
First of all, they never created a demand letter, despite several emails from me asking when that would be done. And second, they failed to provide the court proof of service, so my case was dismissed. I received a response from the defendant, meaning they got served, I told courtlink this and asked what the next step was, and they just said it was in the courts hands now.
When my case got dismissed due to them failing to provide proof of service, I asked for a refund as well as a reimbursement for the $53 I payed to the court to file the claim. I'm going to have to pay another $53 to re file it correctly.
They said they don't refund for cases already filed and said it wasn't their fault if the defendant wasn't served. ( As you can see from many other reviews, it's never their fault. It's always yours. They're full of excuses.)
They did not offer a refund until after I sent them pictures from their website proving that they did not deliver on what they promised, and said I would be writing a BBB complaint and a 1 star review.
This is unprofessional service at best. You should not have to resort to these methods before a business provides you with the quality care and work they promise to provide. That should be there from day one.

Courtlinked.com and its associates have been processing cases nationwide since 2004. We have successfully filed and assisted individuals obtaining justice under a limited jurisdiction. We do not ask for reviews and positive reviews received daily are not published. Each case received has it process, proceedings and entities involved. This is a legal process/service utilized by individual to obtain monetary damages from entities that have refused to resolve the cause of action at hand; majority of defendant evade service or relocate. When this occurs, it is common for us to be blamed along with the failure of the claimant to conduct proper diligence on their case.

Ms. Victoria Whitaker utilized our services and paid $84.95 for small claims package (includes certified mail service) and $79.95 for a demand letter that used due to the one-time restricted mail serving approach retained. She did not pay for a sheriff or third party process.

The case was professionally drafted, proper research was done to correct the entity she was suing (her submitted questionnaire would have been dismissed as is), work/research was emailed to Victoria Whitaker and the case was signed and approved by her for court submission.

Her case was filed correctly (case# CC202309787). The filed petitions were mailed to her along with a sheet of instruction provided by the courthouse for Victoria Whitaker to conduct her diligence in regards to defendants answer, certified mail return and additional court proceeding/follow-ups. The case was served by certified mail which was sent to the courthouse upon receipt of signature from the statuary agent. The courthouse did not accept the method retained and or the deadline for the certified mail serving was not within the legal time frame.

Arizona Small Claims requires service on the defendant within 45 days of filing. Certified mail serving is not an effective method of service. If the correspondence is not signed, returned late or the signatures are not valid, the courthouse dismisses the case. Third party/sheriff service was presented, but not retained.

Courtlinked conducted everything within the scope of service with the expectation of the demand letter which was canceled pending refund after closure of case.

After numerous email exchanges. Victoria Whitaker has received a full refund and we also provided her the options to refile the case at no charge which she has refused.

Victoria Whitaker has our completed materials along with the research to refile her Case.

Every state, county and city has their process. Claimants filing cases must always conduct their diligence with us or the courthouses once the case is filed.

This review along with a "Google Review" is the only form of communication conducted by Mr. DiMatteo. No inquiries was every made, our emails to him went unanswered and as stated above he forgot what service he retained. This could have been resolved with a simple courteous email.

The small claims case for Pennsylvania was processed by him on January 2023; the drafted court petitions was emailed to him for review along with another set of copies emailed sent on Mar 16, 2023.

The order he submitted was for a small claims package, not a demand letter and paid $84.95. The service was conducted pending his review/signatures/evidence and return for filing. Since January-March 2023, Mr. DiMatteo has failed to return the requested materials, has not made any proper communication and now has claimed "SCAM".

He has received our research, court research and our drafted petitions via email, but continues to label a reputable firm as "SCAM". We value our clients and our reputation, therefore canceled out his case along with a FULL REFUND (receipt below).

Below is the transaction receipt for his full refund as we do not operate within the opinions of Mr. DiMatteo.

Do not use Courtlinked, file on your own or find a live lawyer.

Do not use Courtlinked. They are a scam organization that promises everything you want to hear to get your money and then when it comes time to deliver, they do the bare minimum. When you raise questions, they tell you that they have done everything they are supposed to do and then threaten to take legal action against you if you report their failure to deliver to expectations.

    Case Info: Florida Miami-Dade 22-43535 SP 05
Case Style: BRIJESH MANNATTUPARAMPIL vs. MIGUEL ANGEL ANDUJ

Mr. Brijesh Mannattuparampil simply wanted free services and has threatened to place reviews/BBB complaint.

This review is merely towards the fact that Compass Investigations (third-party) licensed process server in Florida could not make contact with his defendant at the address provided by Mr. Mannattuparampil.

This case was professional drafted by us, approved by Mr. Brijesh Mannattuparampil, filed and case was sent to the third-party server with payment to serve his defendant at the address he provided.

The licensed server could not make contact his defendant, Mr. Brijesh Mannattuparampil was notified and demanded that Compass Investigations proceed at another address. Compass Investigations, Sheriff's Department and private process server charge per location. This is not a free service and not in our control.

This review is placed merely on the fact that Brijesh Mannattuparampil simply wanted free services from a third-party county licensed process server, did not want to pay a civil servant and blaming us for not paying. We did not have the budget to cover his second serving.

He only paid us $84.95 (prepare, file and submit for serving) and $95.00 which was paid to Compass Investigations - a very comprehensive investigations firm in FL.

This is the main reason of our negative reviews - clients that blame us because the individual that owes them money has evaded service via third-party or simply expect free services from businesses entities.

We are a reputable firm conducting this service since 2004, we do not ask for reviews (positive feedback received daily) and we will not allow our name to be tarnished or held hostage to a false threats/reviews to cover an expense not to our fault.
