Courtlinked provides a gap service that greatly assists small business owners like me when customers fail to make their payments for services provided. Since the fees I earn are small, it is not cost effective to hire an attorney and incur court costs. But Courtlinked provides an affordable service for helping to get customers to pay their fees. I highly recommend Courtlinked when you have difficulty getting payment from a customer to whom you provided service. Great job, Courtlinked!

3rd cases filed as a business claiming and seeking unpaid invoices. I submit my case with full confidence that Courtlinked.com can and will handle the process. Once submitted, I wait for their experts to handle the process and instruct me on the next steps. 2/3 cases have been settled out of court. The draft and professionalism is what encourages the other party to simply make payment. Very powerful tool. Self sufficient and reliable.
overall amazing service
overall amazing service. Exceptional customer service and a great arsenal. Highly recommended and will use again. Courtlinked filed my case against a shady dealership misrepresenting vehicle. Their research is top notch 😂

Useless, and probably cost me the case
They seemingly took the info that I provided and sent it to the court, then washed their hands of the matter. The next thing I heard was a dismissal letter from the court for failure to issue a summons and move the case forward. I spent extra for their demand letter etc. and I think all I got for my money was an envelope and a stamp!
Correct, the courthouse didn't set a date and time because the summons was never drafted and submitted for issuance. The county clearly states that they charge an extra $7 to draft the summons, which was never paid, and you failed to draft it and submit it for issuance. Thanks for your help today, but this has been hanging for 7 months and I would expect that your "Complete Case Management" would have identified and resolved the problem before I had to step in and manage the case for you! Isn't that what I paid for?

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, took along time to get a direct answer never completed my request letter for payment. Cancelled my service without completing it still refuses to refund the 79.95 payment. So nothings been done my request & money still has not been refunded been well over a month. You’d be better off donating your cash to a nonprofit at least someone would benefit rom it then

If this site is not a scam, they do not follow communicated timeframes
I paid, and a demand letter was sent to me to me for approval on 5/8/24. I approved right away and was told "Please check back within 5-6 business days for tracking number."
I asked for an updated as no email or update on their website had been provided. I was then told
"Demand letter and USPS tracking can take 7-10 business days for processing."
It seems this company is either a scam or just gives you arbitrary timelines. I wanted to use a service to save time, so far this is costing more time. I could have done all of this on my own faster
update to Courtlinked.com reply
You are making false claims. Only after I wrote a review here did I receive a tracking number. You may not have control over the delivery, but you do have control over if its actually sent. A tracking number is supplied when a letter is sent, or in a businesses case, its supplied before its sent when printed on premise.
per your email, a tracking number was not supplied until today. I have emails that will prove the tracking number was not supplied until today and was promised 7 or 8 days ago.
Rather than taking responsibility, this company is now choosing to deny their mistakes.
If they are not a scam, they are extremely slow, over promise and under deliver

Fraud and demeaning/hostile if you complain about anything
I had initially used this service to file for small claims court. They advertised as professionals and said they would do review and even attempt to find addresses of persons. I paid $169 and when they sent my paperwork it had a type. I may have made this initially I am not sure. Either way I replied that if they had professionals reviewing this should have been easily noticed. I guess they get a large amount of complaints and did not hesitate to immediately become hostile in their replies. They talked down to me and still have not made it clear whether they will honor the refund guarantee advertised also. I did not use their paperwork and don't want it. They appear to literally just copy and paste with no actual review and there's no evidence they even attempted any address location when that was also a reasoning for choosing their services. I am more upset by how quickly they turned hostile and how common this is for them at any critique, this is unprofessional to say the least. They talked to me as if I am uneducated and were extremely disrespectful and reactive. I genuinely believe they need more professionalism and to consider how they would feel as a customer being talked to in such a way, or even just a human being. I am educated but I am a mother with a disabled child and disabled veteran husband. I am busy, I needed help and I got hostility the very moment I mentioned being unsatisfied. I am disheartened they'd talk to anyone this way not just as a professional business but as human beings to another. I have also noticed they always reply to bad reviews as hostile and demeaning as well and often threaten legal action. That's not professional or warranted and since you've sent others checks for refunds that have come back for insufficient funds I'd be curious to know what person is actually behind this seemingly suspicious "company." I think I'm going to be doing some digging and social media reaching out. I won't tolerate how I and others have been treated. Accountability needs taken.
Their reply is as expected. They always reply hostile to any negativity and just deny. They literally never take any accountability. Ridiculous.

Five out of Five Stars for CourtLinked.com
Five out of Five Stars for CourtLinked.com. For a very low fee they wrote a demand letter to the defendants and it was delivered by the sheriff. It doesn't get any better. A real attorney wants $5000 for a demand letter - I wrote my own for about $70 and it was delivered by the sheriff. They also filed my small claims case in Special Civil and it was accepted. I did get my money back so the case didn't go all the way and they retrieved the case for me. Very courteous and informative to deal with. They only use email these days. Nice to deal with. It is a self help kind of set up. This company was a life saver for me.

You'll only end up wanting to take THEM…
You'll only end up wanting to take THEM to small claims.
On 3/24/23 I payed this business $164.90 to write and send a demand letter, as well as file a small claims case for me.
Their website makes several promises, including that the demand letter is sent before filing a claim, in an effort to settle the dispute without going to court, as well as showing good faith if it does end up going to court.
They also promise to do all the legal work, inuding finding the right court house, filing the claim, servicing the defendant AND providing proof of service to the court. Their site claims that they do all the legal work and you "simply have to show up for trial."
Their site promises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back.
First of all, they never created a demand letter, despite several emails from me asking when that would be done. And second, they failed to provide the court proof of service, so my case was dismissed. I received a response from the defendant, meaning they got served, I told courtlink this and asked what the next step was, and they just said it was in the courts hands now.
When my case got dismissed due to them failing to provide proof of service, I asked for a refund as well as a reimbursement for the $53 I payed to the court to file the claim. I'm going to have to pay another $53 to re file it correctly.
They said they don't refund for cases already filed and said it wasn't their fault if the defendant wasn't served. ( As you can see from many other reviews, it's never their fault. It's always yours. They're full of excuses.)
They did not offer a refund until after I sent them pictures from their website proving that they did not deliver on what they promised, and said I would be writing a BBB complaint and a 1 star review.
This is unprofessional service at best. You should not have to resort to these methods before a business provides you with the quality care and work they promise to provide. That should be there from day one.

CourtLinked was to mail a demand letter…
CourtLinked was to mail a demand letter to an individual that was doing work on my house.. but then after sometime stopped coming because I contracted Covid...I never received a copy of the demand letter as stated on their website.. all they sent me was a document for me to fill out.. that's called a SCAM...I want my money back...not sure when I requested the demand letter

Do not use Courtlinked, file on your own or find a live lawyer.
Do not use Courtlinked. They are a scam organization that promises everything you want to hear to get your money and then when it comes time to deliver, they do the bare minimum. When you raise questions, they tell you that they have done everything they are supposed to do and then threaten to take legal action against you if you report their failure to deliver to expectations.
