Hello!

We were shocked to hear that you received pictures of Spider-Man when you contacted us, and checked what might have occurred. From our side, we have only delivered and mailed your divorce paperwork to you - nothing else, and we have informed you about it as well as provided proof in our communication.

FedEx are the ones responsible for printing the paperwork provided to them electronically and later shipping it. The printing and shipping order we created clearly only contained your documents, and it was also evident from your confirmation email.

Therefore, the only possible mistake could have occurred on FedEx's side or if someone went through your mail. We have explained all the options and solutions to you via emails, as well as provided proof showing that our company made no mistake in the process.

We are sorry that you went through such a turmoil, and we truly hope that you will find whoever is responsible for this. Take care!

Best Regards,
Stacy
