My go to for decor

My go to for decor, furnishings and interiors. Absolutely love love love everything on the site. Amazing customer service and my order was shipped quickly. Always recommend to friends looking for something unique!

Bad customer service

Sold a UK fixture (worth several hundred dollars) to a North American address. Plug isn't compatible. As the consumer, I don't think I should have to double check the website market. I emailed customer service to discuss options and they ghosted me.

Update 07/17: Courthouse replied to this review, obviously mixing up my issue and order with someone else's (Jon?). Pretty clear there is a lot of disorganization within this company.

First time Canadian visitor on website, my questions were answered within 24 hrs, which led to my first purchase. Received the items as described, they are perfect and I will shop there again, no question about that!

Funny story

Funny story, at the time I was ordering I had no idea the item was coming from the UK! LOL! It was a bridal shower gift on the gift registry, and the shower was two weeks away. I thought there was no chance of it arriving in time, but I ordered it anyways. And guess what? It arrived two days before the shower, which I thought was nothing short of a miracle. They LOVE IT and I was so impressed that it was packaged well, was not damaged (it was a fragile item) and arrived in time in spite of international overseas shipping. Thanks for the great service!!

Great customer service!

I had a really good experience working with courthouse Interiors. Their customer service from the beginning to the end was extremely hands-on. Josh specifically helped me and was absolutely brilliant throughout! Would definitely purchase again from them!
