Countrywide Roofing and Insulation Reviews 

I manage 13 houses for elderly residents, two of which had spray foam insulation in the loft. I obtained several quotes for its removal and initially chose a different company because they were cheaper. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a mistake and the experience was very disappointing.

Countrywide took over the job, and from that point on everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They had a team of six on site for a week, and the quality of their work was excellent. The team did a thorough job removing the spray foam, kept everything tidy, and were always polite and respectful to the elderly residents.

I honestly couldn’t fault them and have nothing but positive things to say about the team they sent. If you need spray foam removed, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Countrywide.

I contacted Countrywide after failed attempts of removing the spray foam insulation by other traders (and fallen through sale of my property). The initial inspection was done thoroughly (I wish I could give a call out to the surveyor here but I can't remember his name) and a solution was consulted and agreed. Although the cost was considerable, I felt I could trust Countrywide as they sounded confident and most importantly credible and were very professional. The works were done with a slight delay which was fine, however some debris of the foam was left across the property which is why I'm giving four starts rather than five.

Prompt and efficient service, there were a couple of logistical snags along the way but these were resolved promptly and courteously. The team who did the work in my house did a great job, they were no bother to have around and left the place clean and tidy. Invoicing and paperwork have been dealt with efficiently. I would recommend this company.

We used Country Roofing and Insulation to remove spray foam insulation from our loft. They were fantastic from day 1, really clear communication, punctual and informative on the assesment and arranged a really quick turnaround for the removal. We received a generic quote from Countrywide and then they visited and provided us with an acceptable bespoke estimate. Due to us selling our parents' home, the buyer wanted to proceed speedily so Countrywide organised their schedules to facilitate this. We were informed when and at what time the team would attend. They arrived at said time and the team, Ritchie and Toby worked well and neatly. They bundled up all removed foam and took it away. The roof was completed to our great satisfaction within the timescale of two days. We received the accompanying paperwork and certificate that our buyer requires within a few days. Was kept informed all the time what they were doing and why. The men were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves each day. I was shown photos of the loft after the completion. Company kept you in the loop all the time

We found Countrywide roofing and Insulation to be a reliable company. Ashley was very thorough in inspecting our loft and explaining what needed to be done, explaining the scope of the work. He arranged for an immediate quote - a welcome change from some companies who we've had to chase for quotes! Our fitters, Toby and Richie, were clean, tidy and polite.

What a fantastic company to deal with got in touch when another company ripped my elderly parents off and insisted they needed spray foam gave them a 14 day cooling period and turned up 12h later saying it was now or never unfortunately they were let in and ripped off
I got in touch with Countrywide after looking at their reviews when I realised that the foam needed to be removed and the other company refused to take it out and what a difference this company was so respectful from start to finish told me the cost how long it would take understood what we had been through
