From the first phone call I made to the last email Countrywide Roofing & Insulation were very friendly and professional. I was given a choice of dates when they could do the work and everything was carried out speedily and efficiently. They always communicated extremely well and everyone who worked for them were friendly and very helpful.
It was a messy job and one I had been dreading having done but they were rightly reassuring that everything would be done to a very high standard and it was.
Everything was cleared up well and tidied away. They couldn't have been more helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

From the initial assessment to seeing the results of the work very knowledgeable,helpful and professional. Harrison did the original assessment and was excellent in his knowledge and truthfulness. The office staff were all helpful and knowledgeable.
The 5 man team that did the work were all polite and friendly. They all worked extremely hard in difficult conditions. They kept the mess to a minimum and tidied up at the end of each day.
Duncan was exceptional in coordinating the team and his communication of the process and the progress each day including photos of the results. His knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I was most impressed by the professionalism ad attention to detail, from the initial visit by the estimator to the excellent work carried out by the crew led by Ricky and his team. They worked hard, kept me informed throughout and cleared up thoroughly on both days before they left. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company

It was such a relief to speak to Countrywide Roofing. We knew we had already been ripped off badly by a company who had only partially removed the cladding in our roof.
Countrywide provided us with the reassurance we needed that we had contacted a reputable company who would help us to resolve the mess we had got ourselves into.
Frederica made the first assessment and as soon as I saw her put on the correct PPE I knew we were in safe hands.
The team arrived two weeks later and it took 3 days to properly remove the cladding. The team were quietly professional throughout and thoroughly cleaned the stairwells each day prior to leaving.
The work undertaken was excellent, not a piece of cladding left and our loft is returned to it former state. Importantly we now also have the correct documentation to guarantee their work.

I had a great experience dealing with Countrywide Roofing & Insulation, from the initial call to inquire about removal of foam insulation in the attic/roof area of my dad’s estate. They explained all the problems that can arise from having foam insulation along with all the ways to deal with the issue, costs of works & possibly of further works due to the nature of the insulation installed. I arrange for a survey to inspect the insulation & their engineer who visited was on time, polite & courteous as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything after the survey as to what type of insulation installed & that there was no further damage to the roof & timber beams. The company were first class in arranging timescale for the works to be completed along with the breakdown of costs. In fact they even went further as to arrange a date earlier than arranged so I could proceed with the sale of the estate.

Great company. Punctual, efficient, and straightforward to deal with. The spray foam removal team was experienced, they removed the foam manually without power tools with the use of scrapers on the rafters. They were courteous and obliging and took my feedback into consideration. They laid out new insulation very neatly and cleaned up the roof and garage and disposed of all the waste material. Job done very well and on time. I strongly recommend this company for anyone looking to remove spray foam insulation from their roof. You are in good and reliable h hands.

Communication was good from start to finish the roofers were polite and efficient all the waste was removed and site left clean and tidy would recommend this firm.

I manage 13 houses for elderly residents, two of which had spray foam insulation in the loft. I obtained several quotes for its removal and initially chose a different company because they were cheaper. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a mistake and the experience was very disappointing.

Countrywide took over the job, and from that point on everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They had a team of six on site for a week, and the quality of their work was excellent.
