Incredibly positive experience. Thorough, prompt and helpful, which made the process stress free.

The site is easy but wouldn’t accept 2 phone numbers,I wanted to put landline and mobile but it wouldn’t let me.
Other than that it’s fine

So grateful for this site! I’ve worked with 2 therapists and different times from here and have been so happy with the quality of their work and the ease of finding them and working with them. Whenever anyone asks about counseling, I only provide this link.

I have been a member for many years, the Directory delivers a very efficient and comprehensive service. I have received many referrals over the years, and the staff are always extremely accessible and helpful.

I have joining counselling directory simple to do, with lots of helpful information about how to make my profile effective. I have it easy to navigate with lots resources to help me as I start this new business venture.

I received quick and effective help to reach a client who wanted an introductory call, and I no longer was able to access her contact number. She helped me get in touch with her in a calm and professional way - most grateful!

I called the Counselling Directory for advice as I recently got married but wasn't sure how to go about changing my name on my profile, Sian was professional polite and informative, explaining the process thoroughly, I felt that the process was made with ease and was'nt stressful at all.

I've been looking for a supervisor and this was the only site that provided a wide range of suitable people to contact. I was struggling a bit before.

Great directory for therapist, it’s free and completely allows you to sort through therapists that you think may be a match without any commitment or payment and allows you to contact them personally and go from there!

Quick, convenient service with counsellors at the touch of a button. Being able to contact someone straight away has given me a lot of relief.
