Cotto, come il ragù che borbotta (e perchè le migliori idee vengono sempre a stomaco pieno). Clou, come il momento clou, un po' come quando parte la canzone giusta, quando arriva il piatto forte o quando hai l’idea perfetta nel momento perfetto. Cotto Clou è dove il design incontra la parmigiana. Creiamo poster, merch ed esperienze per chi ama il cibo... anche quando non sta mangiando. Vogliamo far parlare i muri della casa, ma non con frasi tristi tipo “Home Sweet Home”. Cotto Clou è la voce dei nonni, la ricetta figa, il detto che ti fa ridere mentre prepari un piatto di pasta.
