Impressive Customer Service with Competitive Prices. Very helpful service from Dan, swift replies to my various product-related questions, and updates on delivery.
Unfortunately, the Sabatier Lion CHEF Steak knife has reduced in quality (thinner blade, with increased metal removed in blade reshaping, so the 'same' knife is now different to the other steak knives I have in the set). Poor reflection on Sabatier Lion, but not to take anything away from Cotswold Knife Company.
